We don’t have reports about this plugin being used with Avada at the moment, because the plugin has only about 1400 users so far. So we can’t guarantee compatibility.
But in general Avada works quite nicely with third party plugins.
And we strongly believe that Avada is the most enjoyable theme out there, so we would be happy if you decide to become part of the largest theme community out there

Hi, I’m using Avada theme bundled with woo commerce for my website. I get an error message on my dashboard saying
“Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files. If you notice an issue on your site, this could be the reason. Please contact your theme developer for further assistance. You can review the System Status report for full details or learn more about WooCommerce Template Structure here.”
Can you please guide me with this. When I try shopping on my website, I an unable to perform any transaction and I get a message saying the “Transaction has been declined”.
I’m not receiving any orders on my website since two weeks.

You are currently on latest WooCommerce Version, but on Avada 3.6. The latest version of the theme is 3.7.3, which will be fully compatible with lates WooCommerce version.So just update the theme and it will work again for you.

Regarding the vimeo play button, do you mean this? http://prntscr.com/6eju7i The upper button is the Vimeo play button, the lower one is the lightbox slideshow play button.

I’m trying to mimic your “About Me” page but everytime I add an image whether to the “Person” builder element or other image elements the theme shrinks it down significantly. Why does it do this automatically and how can I fix this? There doesn’t seem to be any settings I can see that’s doing this. I’m only beginning to build my website and already there’s frustrations. I am attempting to have some sections have two half columns, with one of them containing an image that stretches the full height and width, but only within it’s container.
I’ve gotten close, but for some reason I cannot seem to create a section that does not have a ~20px padding on the bottom.

You can see this in the first section, the left blue image. It takes up the full width of the 1/2 section, but has a 20px padding for some reason.

I am sorry for the issues.
The spacing below the columns is default margin of 20px assigned to column boxes. While we’re bringing a theme option and a shortcode option to kill it without using the code. For now, you can use separator shortcode with negative top margin to kill the spacing. Insert the separator shortcode after the columns and use a value of “-20”in the margin top field http://cl.ly/image/412e0h0Q1t45.

Please make sure that the child theme templates that are copied from the parent theme are updated with the latest update.
For the second issue, you will have to use 100% width page template so that you can set map at 100% width.

Not work fine with qtranslate, mqtranslate or qtranslate-X and because the fusion page builder works only for one language and if you use it , will not save any. You plan a fix for this ?

First of all, GREAT THEME…
I only have a problem with the mobile view (I’m viewing it with an iPhone 6).
I can’t zoom and scroll horizontaly so that is great. Except the content and images that I put inside a colums shortcode are not stacked under eachother but are still next to each other… Dont know why this is happening.

Hmmm they should not be next to each other in responsive mode. Check the responsive option in theme options > general to see if its turned off. If that is on, then also check your 3rd party plugins, one may be doing this.

Hmmm is that a Vimeo video on a private or pro account? It may be coming from that, please try a random vimeo video to test. Vimeo will not allow private videos to be shown publicly like that.
