Please help!! I’ve activated Facebook Comments. I’ve had a few comments but they don’t show up on the Recent Comments in my widget area. What am I doing wrong?

They won’t show up as Recent Comments is a WordPress feature and when you are using our Facebook Extension that will replace your WordPress comments (and by relation Recent Comments as those are tied to WordPress comments only).
If you want to see Recent Comments in WordPress you won’t be able to use the Facebook Extension.

Hello,
I’ve accidentally added the X theme to the wrong Wordpress account and activated. Mega blonde moment. And now when I try and activate it on the correct Wordpress account it won’t let me! Help!!!!
PS. The wrong Wordpress account is locally hosted and when I log in it has an error message saying “oops you broke the internet” I can’t even get to the dashboard to delete the theme!!!!!

It happens 
You can simply log in to your member center account and revoke the license then apply it to your correct domain.
The “oops you broke the internet” wouldn’t be from having an incorrect license so it sounds like there could be multiple things going on.

Oh, I thought you meant you had validated your product in our member center. Perhaps you haven’t done that yet? If you are simply talking about having manually installed it at the wrong site, that “Oops you broke the internet” is just a error message when the theme is active but something is wrong with a page setting, so it is there it sounds like you simply haven’t assigned a page for your homepage.

Can I update the exact pieces manually, I have changes on the theme I don’t want to loose, thanks!
That would be tricky as there are a lot of moving parts to updates when you’ve missed several (which is why we recommend the use of child themes so updates won’t cause these sort of issues to your customizations). You can see our changelog here, however it would be much more advisable to move your customizations to a child theme then simply use automatic updates to stay current.
Your license statement says, “Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for.”
So, if I understand this correctly…
- Can only be used on one site per $63 license.
- Cannot develop sites for clients unless we give away for free.
- Cannot develop membership sites unless membership is free.
Also: I’m unsure what the advantage is (to us) in having 4 available stacks when only one would be used at a time per site, and we’re limited to only one site per license.

Thanks for writing in! The licensing you are referring to is not our own, and is rather implemented by Envato, the parent company of ThemeForest. While it can certainly be a big confusing at times, rest assured that you can definitely purchase a license to use and then charge a client to use the theme. We have hundreds of agencies and web professionals doing just that who have purchased numerous licenses of X to suit their projects.
Regarding the Extended License, you would potentially need this if you are planning on building some type of site where a user must pay for access to content before they can read it. This example is laid out in Envato’s FAQ on this matter. If you have any further licensing questions, we recommend that you contact Envato for better specificity, but do rest assured that for general web development projects where you might be charging a client for the work, a Regular License should cover you on this.
Regarding the advantage of multiple Stacks even when you can only use the theme on one site at a time, this enables you to have more variety and flexibility than you might in another theme. Each Stack we include provides a unique set of styles, features, and functionality. So perhaps midway through a project your client decides they want something more “modern” and “app-like,” in which case you might switch to Icon as it’s fixed sidebar and minimal, modern design lends these aesthetic and functional qualities to the website.

HI there, I switched my theme to integrity 2 demo, and when I go to the front end editor it’s stays stuck on the loading icon. I’ve tried to restart and flush caches. Help.

I have found the demo version online and I’m having a play with it to see if I can get it to do what I want. I would really like your help before I purchase as I feel that if I can’t get it to do what I want then I shouldn’t have to purchase it don’t you think?
All features found in our demos can be recreated as that is the point of the demos however from a support standpoint that is provided to verified customers.

Hello, im using your theme, everything is ok and the Theme is awsome, but i installed WordPress Social Stream plugin which uses jquery isotope same as the theme template, problem is that in theme there is old version of the jquery isotope which causing e a trouble with plugin usage. Is it any chance that you can update the jquery isotope in theme X?

The plugin you’re experiencing issues with is not supported by us, therefore you would need to get in touch with the plugin author to resolve this issue. The reason for this happening could be that the plugin author did not use best practice of WordPress and is not enqueueing the isotope plugin the way it should be enqueued. One thing you could try is looking for the isotope file in the plugin and removing it so it’s not getting enqueued and using our isotope library instead.

I am looking at purchasing Wordpress X theme. I have a query about its potential use. I have a site developed which runs on PHP but is pretty basic looking in terms of layout and style. It has some forms etc. which then launch a PHP script and return results in another page for example. How easy would it be for me to develop a new site with Wordpress X and create these forms which would then launch my existing php scripts that access my mysql database. I would appreciate if anyone could provide some links or example on how it could potentially work. For example, how to create a button which pulls variables from the input fields in the form and offer them to the php script ?

This would require a certain amount of customization and coding knowledge. You would need to create a custom page template and get used to the WordPress core functionality. This is outside the scope of support we provide so you would need to do this on your own since it’s not a feature that X provides out of the box.

The full screen video is no problem at all. The transparent header overlay would require custom css.

And just to clarify, if using the Integrity Stack, there is an option to make the header/navigation transparent as seen in this demo. That is one of the unique Integrity Stack features, however it would appear under the video background as that full screen feature is set to go above the navigation.

You have a navigation, however it is under the video. How the feature works in X is how you see it in our Integrity 01 Demo (the navigation is below the video header and is this way no matter which selection you make for your navigation (left, top, right).

I need a transparent header on top and fullscreen video on whole screen (with pattern overlay) Is there another way to do it?
If what you see in the Integrity 01 Demo is not sufficient, this would require customization as that is the closest to achieving what you are looking for out of the box.

Great theme but I am confused with the page builders. If I open a page to edit, I have choice of Visual Composer and Fusion Builder. Switching between the two does not seem to work terribly well. Further, if using Visual Composer, the shortcodes window with a VC modal window do not seem to work (a modal window appears behind the VC edit box, but the options don’t do anything.) And there seems to be options via VC (e.g. columnize) that are not available through Fusion Builder or its shortcodes.
I can’t quite see the point of have Fusion Builder AND Visual Composer AND shortcodes buttons. What am I missing? Should I be disabling one or the other. I can’t quite see how they all fit together.
OK, sorry guys, I think I got this sorted. I’ve disabled Fusion Core plugin and it takes away the Fusion Page Builder option/button from the page and post edit screens. To be honest, I prefer your Fusion Page Builder, but it doesn’t seem to have all the features you’ve built into your mod of VC.

It sounds like you have purchased another theme and still have their proprietary page builder active. Fusion Builder is not our product nor compatible with X. If you are using X and our current page builder option (VC) you will need to deactivate the other.

Hi, this theme has great potential and i am gona to buy it however i need to ask: Will i be able to change layout, and build in the way i want to in woocommerce? I am familiar with the page builders but i have never use them in woocommerce. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for writing in! As far as the shop page is concerned, that is not something you would build out in a page builder. Rather, the shop and product pages are specified by WooCommerce, and we integrate with them to customize the styling of their provided output. You can see an example of this here. Some examples of options you can tap into in the Customizer to alter the shop appearance is how many items across you want (1-4), whether or not to display upsells, altering global site appearance, et cetera.
Hopefully this helps to shed a little more light on how we integrate with WooCommerce. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you happen to have any further questions about the theme.
