Hi I have a problem with giving permissions to nonmembers to access all contents and need to set permissions so everyone can access and reads content and user posts (nonmembers can access and read full articles and contents only they need login or register for posting and contributing) How can I do that because I tried different setting but still says this content is for “Premium “or “plans I did set” members only and they have to login or register to see the full content. Please help me with this problem. Thank you. Regards.
To allow anyone to access a post, from the edit post page, under the “Require Membership” settings box, be sure you didn’t checked any of them. If you are referring to something else then please give me more detailed details.

Yes I’m already using that but for those categories that I did set a premium membership it says ”* This post is already protected for this level because it is within a category that requires membership.” and it wont give read access to non member users for those categories and non members can only see the Excerpts and not the full article , how can I give access to nonmembers to see full articles in premium categories ? Thanks.
Then you should probably go to “Memberships Levels”, edit each of your levels and untick any categories from the bottom of the settings page.

Nevermind, MediaPress & RtMedia do need some configuration to work together I think, so I will just use RTmedia even though MediaPress is much better, but I do not need the extra features.

some installation questions:
I am having slight difficulty understanding the demo data import function. I selected “all from main demo”, and then I imported a few sliders from the Revolution Slider exported sliders in the demo. I then chose the default-shop demo, but it is far from your actual demo, and so much seems to be missing. For example, there is nothing under Community in the header, and almost nothing under the different headings in the header.
1) Am I supposed to import all the pages, posts, etc. IN ADDITION to importing “all from main demo” if I want my site to initially look identical to your default shop demo (less the images of course) and start my editing and customization from there? I believe that for a techie-idiot like me, the fastest way to learn how to customize the theme is really to start from what you have in your demo right now.
2) The other thing – should I import and be working with the child theme if I plan to install the Sabai directory plugin, or can I just work with the main theme? The plugin author claims no customization is necessary for me to use it with your theme.
3) Finally, since these questions are not related to any specific problem, but rather are questions related only to “editing” and “customization”, should similar questions be asked here or in the support forum?

There might be some slight differences but from what we think nothing that matters, this is because we work on improving our demos constantly.
Please note that we don’t offer any demo data for buddypress or woocommerce ( demo users / groups / products / categories ).
About your header menu, it’s not exactly the same because each user might enable some plugins while others won’t, so we just provide a basic demo menu which you’ll have to customize it more from “Appearance > Menus”.
The child theme should be installed if you’ll reach the point where you’ll start editing theme files, in that case you’ll edit the files inside the child theme, not in the main one, and in this way you’ll keep compatibility with future updates of our theme.
Any future problems and questions should be better discussed in our support forum. We try to keep the themeforest comments mainly for pre-sale questions.

I see user man_o_man is requesting integration for Sabai directory. I also hope you will consider a tighter integration with it as it appears to be the best directory option available for Wordpress. Please consider this. Thank you.

We really need to have a full page with rev slider and right sidebar in one page template. We know you can add a side bar to the full page template, but we don’t want to have to do this on each page and it also doesn’t display the vertical divider line. Can you please provide a fix?

Under the content editor you will find a box called “Header Content”, there you can paste a rev slider shortcode and the slider will render in your header. After that just set your page template as right sidebar and that’s it.

Hi. I need your theme for a social network project for students from different interest groups and schools. Their ability to create groups independently without depending on admin will be nice.

After you enable the “Group Creation” option in your wp admin area under “Settings > BuddyPress > Settings”, all your users will be able to create new groups from the groups directory page.

hi, i have vps server and i allotted 512 PHP memory even that i am receiving 500 internal server everytime i try create page and edit , some time installing plugin.
The problem might be caused by an additional installed plugin or extra custom code snippets. Please deactivate them one by one until you find the one which generates the issue.

Hello. I noted that the portfolio with slider page uses this to represent which images to display:

Please enable visual composer on portfolio pages from “Settings > Visual Composer” and instead of shortcodes, you’ll see a more complex content editor to manage your carousel.

Am having issues with changing the look and feel for my buddypress group page where I want to add shortcode to header and bottom content section as well as other content and style using the visual composer – Do you have an email where I could send you login access and if you can have a look please. Unfortunately the pages assigned in buddypress/bbpress cannot be used to add content in them. That’s the way buddypress overrides the pages with their own functionality.

hi and special thanks for your great theme .. i changed the background as red .. my products on my shop page has white background .. each product has a small background as white and the color of the text is black and the bar of each product (the bar that contains an eye and the add cart button) has white background and doesnt chand with my main background … NOW i want to know that how can I chane that white background .. i saw the woocommerce.css but there were many elements and i dont know how to change it .. please help

But I have one Problem with my size on archiving page, if I take it from first image from post content. I have “Get Featured image from content*” under Settings/Blog on.
Is it possible to choose a max. size wight and height for this automatic showing of image on archiving page?

No, there’s no out of the box options for image sizes, because they are optimized to work in a responsive manner. If you want to do more customization that the ones available then you’ll need to directly edit the template files, for which you’ll need programming skills.

What is about the image size on archiving page if I take the “Get Featured image from content* off and then choose for every post one image by my self. Later I see on archiving page that this image was streched. Is it maybe possible to do something here with size?

You just have to use images bigger than the ones displayed and they will be automatically resized. There is not a default image size because that image might appear under different elements and under different sizes across the entire site.

This theme is SLOWING my server down page loads are over 20 seconds. If I shut off the visual editor… speed is fine… but then of course the theme doesnt work. Help please?

I walked through shutting down all the plugins… then brought them back up… the culprit was the visual editor…I see tons of complaints about the speed in here??? I am not the first. I would appreciate any help or suggestions you can give me.
