firstly I have a problem with login on your support. When I fill my email and Item purchase Code it writes me, that they are Unavailable. But I bought your Be theme on your website. My next problem is that on Pages I can use two Sidebars (left and right) at the same time. But in Post and Portfolio I can use only left or only right sidebar. So please help me this problem so I would be able to use both sides of Sidebar.

Hey there. I’m not sure what happened but my site look terrible on Chrome. Nothing shows up. It looks ok on Firefox, save for my background video not showing properly, but only the top and bottom of my page shows up on chrome. Any ideas, suggestions?

Hi, regarding Google maps integration I couldn’t find many features in the demos. So here some pre-purchase question: - Can Google maps be placed independently from the contact shortcode? - Is it possible to place more than one marker in a map ? - Can markers be custom graphic-file ? - By clicking on a marker: Can a popup window open with additional info ?

I have a minor issue with the language selector, in the mobile version when I try to change the language, instead of letting me select it takes me to the same language page, i.e. I can’t select from the dropdown the minute u click on the dropdown instead of showing the options it takes u back to the same page.

How do I make the logo larger? Can I change the default size of it? It is shrinking it to a way too small size.

For the life of me I can’t see a sidebar on any pages. Ive created woo pages, I see the woo widgets, Ive created a sidebar titled shop. Ive checked on the right hand side bar in the shop page I selected the shop sidebar. But there is nothing on the page. where do I edit the sidebars’ content? There is not enough doc. on this in your help files. Please help

Can you please help me change the color of the links in the action header. The links color is universal across the theme but I use a different bg color on the action bar which doesnt render good when the link color set.

Any advice on how to do this?

Hi I used the following to make the banner wider

But banner is not responsive any more, its bit to the right , not centred

Hi,

For some reason the Revolution slider I have created has suddenly stopped showing any slides other than the first slide. The navigation buttons have also disappeared on the first slide. I haven’t touched anything, and have checked on different PCs and different browsers, with the same results. I also tried creating a new slider but it won’t let me select that new slider, only the old one.

Any ideas to help me out?
