Absolutely love the theme, but find it has a lot of bugs, you tweak things and then check your page only to discover the change never happened. Not sure if it’s me or not, but then I try to access the help support forum by having my password reset (of course I forgot it), but I never get an email (yes I checked junkmail) so I have problems, but there is no support for me. Like I said, I love the theme, but it has problems (maybe because I use Chrome?) and I can’t access the support forum, so what to do? You have no email or any other way to contact you either… Great team, not very good support because of this, I can’t get in touch with you??

Version with Visual Composer

Hi there! I already purchased the theme but don’t currently use it since I really prefer the Visual Composer. About 5 month ago there was a comment where you stated that the theme will be VC compatible with version 2.7. But I think currently there is still no VC compatibility, right? I bought the Brooklyn-Theme about 6 months ago, using WP 4.0 and I’m – generally – still happy with it.

But now I’ve updated WP to 4.1.1 and the Brooklyn-Version 2.8.2, including the recommended Plugins (and activated them), also the plugin Contact form.

Unfortunately on the WP-dash in the theme-options some options aren’t displayed anymore, so that I can’t change – for example – the contact form.

What do I do wrong? How can I update the new Brooklyn-Version compatible with WP 4.1.1.? First delete the old version than install the new? But this WP-update-plugin seems to be ok. Do I need a update for the update-plugin first? I’m confused.

Please help!

to start I find your superb theme. However I have a problem regarding the portfolio section. When I click on the picture to see the details I do not get to have the gallery as your demo. Is this a bug? because I can not find the “Format” from the options while the latter is yet checked. How to get the same gallery as demo 1, at the project level of detail “Digital Soul”?

I checked pagespeed with several tools – and would ask without caching ! – how i could make your theme much much much faster ?

too much yello lines – too much javascripts, too much css. - I’ve read about pingdom – the “yellow-lines” means rendering – holding back browser until js/css executed.

—is it possible to combine them together for make it less files? —plugins like “lazy-load-js” or “javascripts-send-to-bottom” make slows down – even more the page load. —caching makes it faster only from second visit the site.

Could you do some speed boosting in next version pls ?

Questions: 1.- how can I change the background to #000 ( black ) everywhere ? —I added first to the brooklyn-child/style.css – no effect - After changed in brooklyn/style.css every bg color - no effect

3. How can I completely forbid “hero” + “header-revslider” on home/front page ? I just dont need right now.

Is the pages use as “sections” in front page – how can make it available on other pages ? my client has a page webdesign – would be great sub-pages logo,flyer,graphic, etc designs as a section, also webhosting – linux hosting with several sub-pages, windows hosting with several sup-pages as sections on windowshosting —how is it possible ?

I could make it with hmtl – but it would be great to make with your easy to use wp-theme with much less work- which is bloody awesome !

In Firefox (36.0.4) you only see the top few pixels of portfolio items when you first visit a site. Any ideas why this is happening?

My site Inc-ubator.co is having a bit of trouble. For the time being I just want the hero, and the contact. Footer and header as well.

The current site has a white bar in between saying “nothing found”.

How can I fix this?
