Ok great, haven’t seen this with Rev Slider before…layered text is showing, but not the image. I’ve just been into your member center. How does one add a support ticket for this theme? Or at least a private post?

If you add a gallery to your portfolio item, it can make a slideshow in the featured area of that portfolio post. Alternatively, you could place a Revolution Slider shortcode in the content of the portfolio item. We aren’t planning on integrating Revolution Slider with the portfolio items, but hopefully one of those methods help you.

I understand all that but that isn’t what I am asking… I want a full screen revolutionary slider on every portfolio page. I am not sure why the options aren’t on the portfolio pages. It is very disappointing.

Portfolio pages appear to WordPress in a different manner than standard pages, this is the main reason for this. We will certainly take this into account though and see what we can do in a future version of the theme.

We’d like to create extensions for other email service providers, but we’re not planning on doing that in the near future. You could start with the official Aweber WordPress plugin. It’s as visually appealing in X when compared to our Mailchimp version, but it will do the job. We plan to create an Aweber version of our email forms plugin that includes integrated styling, but can’t give an ETA on when that would be.

Thanks for letting us know. I can confirm this is the case on our demo site. We’ll look into getting this fixed. It’s related to some changes we’ve made on the demo sites, but shouldn’t affect the actual plugin. The feature should work just fine if you try it on your site.

Here at Themeco one of our main concerns is security, we want to have the best and most secure theme and therefore we pay close attention to all the factors that are involved in building and providing a secure experience. Whenever there is a security issue or bug in one of our 3rd party plugins that we provide with our theme we’ll do a hot fix / quick update and ship a secure version of the plugin immediately, so there is no danger in using our own version of Visual Composer since we moderate and administrate our version and make sure it is secure.

Our theme is using best practise and optimized to provide the best search engine optimization possible. You can enhance this by using popular SEO plugins like All in One SEO or Yoast SEO which are compatible with our theme.

The Under Construction Extension is designed to provide a simple message to users while undergoing changes on your site and was not specifically intended to do this, so at this time this would not be possible. However, this is certainly a great idea and something we might be able to look into for a future release of the plugin.

Bummer. This would be nice to see in a future update. The “Under Construction” extension looks very AMAZING and is super easy to setup, but without a way to capture information, it’s unfortunately not much use.

1. Yes you can change the fonts and font size everywhere, if there is a specific section you want to target you can do this by custom css / adding a custom class which we can help you with once you’re part of our member area and have access to our support forum.

2. That’s no problem at all. You can create as many pages as you need.

3. Our theme comes with all stacks and demo contents so once you’ve bough you have access to all stacks and switch them at any time and also switch out the demo content if you change your mind.

4. You can recreate Renew 8 with our demo content the only thing we do not provide in our demo content are the images, they are replaced by placeholder images which you can change at any time.

Regarding #1 Above: So I gather from what you write above changing fonts is a global setting per type (heading, body, menu, etc.) – however – I can still change a section on a page or a whole page, etc., via. changing code (with your help)?

There are several possibilities for this, for example that you’re using an old/different version of Visual Composer. The best way to get this resolved as fast as possible would be to join our member area here and open a new topic in our support forum with all the information of your site so we can take look at everything.

You will need 1 license per website you’re using X on. So to use it on two domains you would need 2 licenses. If you need anything else let us know.

You can definitely validate it for a development environment then move it to a production server when ready (revoke the license applied to your development environment and reapply it to the new production server).

The license itself is for a single use, so if you wanted to use X on say 3 personal sites, you would simply purchase 3 regular licenses.
