Main product image gets hidden on smaller screen sizes (as for mobiles). Any reason why? And how to fix it for images to not get hidden? Did I miss some tick box that changes that behaviour?

It should be invisible when it has no product attached. It’s messing up overall layout.

Is there anyway I can stick sidebar while browsing products under category?

Hi, I am using the latest child theme but the child styles are’t being applied. I have done hard refresh and tried visiting the site fresh in a different browser but still not seeing the changes. So far I’ve just made one simple change to the banner text. Any ideas?

I have used !important – although I believe this shouldn’t be necessary… Here is my child css code:

All my social media buttons are blocks along with the arrows on my sliders. Also, my slider image does not appear on phones and tablets. How can I fix this issue ? I do have the latest version of wordpress.

I am currently working on the building of my site and can not seem to get the categories to show up on the shop page. I can not even find where I can assign the shop page as the parent to the category pages I am creating. I am creating the category pages that are within the product tab on the dashboard.

Please help, I am trying to get all my products loaded onto the site so I can start making money!

Hello! i am having a problem with sliders and banners, i am using 3 videos with different duractions im my banner and i need that the first play until the end, and after that it changes for the next, but this is not happening, the option: video_loop=”no-loop” its not working. The video continues with the loop. I´ve used the timer=”10000” and all the videos are less than 10 seconds, so what i was thinks that is supposed to happen is that they stay 10 seconds in each banner, even if the video last less them this, and them change to the other, and the other start at the moment of the change. What is happening is, when it changes to the next video, the other is already in the middle so the banner never starts in the beggining, and keeps playing with loop. what i have to do? the code that i am using is: [ux_slider height=”100%” auto_slide=”true” timer=”10000”]
