Utterly confused by this theme. Imported the demo, made a few changes but noticed desktop content is different from my mobile. Notice the stack codes. I am a bit confused.

Most of the plugins out there will work fine with our theme. We’ve written X with best practise in mind so if there is an issue with a plugin it’s related to the plugin and not following best practice standards which would be something that the plugin author has to address. We do not have any experience with the plugin you’ve mentioned so we can’t give you a guarantee. If you have any X related questions we are more than happy to help you at any time.

We went ahead and purchased, as I’ve never seen such a versatile and customisable theme in ten years of doing this!
Incidentally, do we need a licence for each site using the theme? When you activate the theme, is the activation specific to that domain name?

Yes, the license is for a single use, so if you wanted to use X on say 3 sites you would simply purchase 3 regular licenses (validation is to the domain).

I can’t update the theme from the backend, I don’t have a child theme, & product validation is not there. All I want is to embed a video in the home page instead of having a slider but the embedding code is not working. I can’t lose any data as the website is for a client. So what should I do?

RE: Revolution Slider, Video. Hi there, I’ve tried to add a full width background video a few times now, but it’s showing a black screen in place of the video. So I’ve tried to do this via adding the url into the page segment (optional background video), which didn’t work, so I’ve added the video via the revolution slider video layer feature. That didn’t work either. I’m seeing a black screen instead of the video. Any idea what could be causing this? Thx!

There is currently a space we call the “TopBar” that can be activated directly above the standard header as you can see in this demo. The left can be used for text and the right is for showcasing social icons.

No, you can use this feature no matter which Stack or demo you are using as it is a standard theme feature. Simply go into the Customizer then go to Header > Miscellaneous then activate the TopBar.

i have purchased the theme and have been struggling with Visual Composer. Every time I try to edit a page it just sits there loading. Pretty frustrated as I have to get the site done asap.

Using the backend editor as it’s way better anyways. VC is clunky and awful. It started working but was a disaster.. Backend is fine.. Slight learning curve but it;s cool. Thank you for the reply!

I want to register get the api and validate so I have it all set up then need to transfer to my clients hosting. Is this ok to do? I will then give my client the license info.

I am new to wordpress and to themeforest. I want to build a small business website just like your corporate demo in Integrity. How is it possible to do this in the easiest way? Can I buy the theme and just choose one of the demos from the options and edit the text and images?
Will all the effects and the appearance of the website be the same as the demo in that case?
Or is it a hard process even if I don’t want customization and just need a clone of the demo?

We provide home page demo content for each of our demos that allow you, with the click of a button, to recreate the look of our demo home pages. We also provide some example pages (about, pricing, etc) if you would like to use those as a starting point as well.

I am the Selma Navy, I’m from Rio in Brazil, bought X theme to 40 days’m trying to sign up as a member and can not. Have spent several email to THEMECO, I always get the same answer, that I enter my username and the code of purchase, put the request and does not enter. I think I was wrong I want my money back.

If you are having trouble registering at our member center, feel free to contact us directly, and we can send over instructions for accessing your account.
Not sure if you are the same person as the usernames don’t match up but we just replied to an email from someone who said they couldn’t register and that was because an account had already been created so they simply needed to use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

Another pre-purchase question. I just installed Thrive Content Builder on another site specifically to create landing pages and opt-ins, and may add Thrive Leads. My question: since X doesn’t have any specific landing page or opt-in builder as of yet (and the email forms only works with Mail Chimp right now), would this plugin work with X? I’m not sure if there would be a conflict with their content builder plugin and the X visualizer. Any other recommendations? Thanks in advance.

I love the theme however I am having some difficulties installing the demo content. I would like for the template to look exactly like Integrity 1 with the video displaying. I have installed all of the plugins and attempted to import the files but have not been successful. I’ve also imported the XML file and read through the instructions. I’m at a loss and could use some step by step instructions on how to import all of the demo content so that I can start from there modifying it to fit our needs.

The video is not part of the demo content as that is controlled through Revolution Slider. If you have any questions about how that works or getting it setup, a member of our development team will be happy to assist in our forum. Thanks for writing in! The video header for Integrity 1 is managed via Revolution Slider. We discuss slider setups in our member center Knowledge Base here, which explain that we cannot provide the exact setup for these due to the unique nature of Revolution Slider. They are fairly easy to create though. All you need is to create a slider in the plugin, make it a fullscreen slider, then you can do all your text and animations in there and ensure that it is fully transparent. Then you can setup the slider on the page using the meta options outlined here under Slider Page Meta Options.

I just purchased your theme, but when i want to install the extensions, and put my API key, it keeps saying its Invalid – even if its mine and i just copy paste it over? Why it says that?
I found out.. It was a bit complicated process… To make login, thereafter make an API key and so on….

I would need to have Advertisement widget and Twitter feed plugins. Does theme support these.

We do not have an advertising or Twitter widget built in, however there are several 3rd party solutions related to this.
Definitely check out our Showcase. It is updated several times per week with a sample of real life X-powered sites. They are broken down by Stack so you can see various sites built with Ethos.
