I have an iPhone 6 plus and I cannot access my website oncebitten.com. I receive the error: “A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded” and the site continues to try and reload but never stays loaded.

Can you please switch the theme, and then try to open the site in iPhone 6 plus see if the page takes long to load?
If so, then there is a plugin that may conflict with iPhone 6 compatibility which needs to be deactivated.

I switched the theme and it then seemed to load fine on my phone, so it must be a problem with a plugin.
I deactivated all the plugins that were active and tested the site on my phone again and the problem still persists. I do not think the issue is a plugin issue.
Please disregard my last comment. I actually found which plugin was the issue now.

Actually I have a question still about this. The plugin that is creating the issue is the WPBakery Visual Composer which I believe came with the theme. When I try to update this plugin it takes me to a page where it looks like I have to purchase the plugin. Can you update or fix this plugin for me?

WPBakery Visual Composer is premium plugin and we update it to the latest version on each Oxygen update, so you don’t need to worry about that

this is not a theme related problem, we have tested this and never had an issue like this. I checked out your source code and it seems that you’re using a plugin FontAwesome for menus, you can try disabling plugins one by one and do a hard-refresh to test if the problem was caused by plugins.

Can you please enable WP Debug Mode because I am not able to exactly know what kind of issue is this.
To turn on WP Debug Mode, follow these steps:
1. Open wp-config.php
2. Find WP_DEBUG constant (written as define('WP_DEBUG', false);)
3. Set value to true (define('WP_DEBUG', true);) and save file.
4. Go to the same page, refresh it and you will see a PHP warning or fatal error being display. Copy the error or better send me the screenshot so I will be able to understand what kind of issue is that and will give you proper fix to it.

Please check in your wp-content/plugins/ folder to see if woocommerce with this exact name is created there, for example if you have installed woocommerce with other name like wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-master/ it will not work.
Also make sure you have activated woocommerce plugin in order to proceed with Demo content installation.

Art: I saw the screenshot for the order you placed and I wish I was experiencing the same thing! I tried using both chrome and safari in yosemite still to no avail. I have since tried uninstalling and reinstalling the theme and have now received the attached message (http://d.pr/i/114MY) saying that the theme doesn’t declare woo commerce support. They offer a theme integration guide with a proposed solution which I’ll try as well in the meantime.

I manage the stock in my products under the variations, as i have different colours/sizes etc. however it shows as COMING SOON on my product page, even though i’ve got plenty in stock. it’s not consistent over all products, and I don’t have the out of stock option ticked (if i do, and change it to say STOCK ARRIVING SOON, then that is what shows instead of COMING SOON on the product page). But it’s not seeing the stock levels set in the variations. It also shows this still if I have set the inventory in the main section rather than in variations. HELP
