There’s an issue with the newest theme where the logo will shrink when you scroll down the page, but after scrolling back up the logo stays small (doesn’t return to it’s original size).
Any ideas what might be causing this?
Could you please give us a few more details about how to reproduce this bug ( what os / browser ) ? Also please give us a url to your website so we can test it and see what happens.

The issue occurs on Chrome when you manually scroll down the page by holding the vertical bar and scroll down. The theme automatically makes the logo smaller to fit in the now smaller menu. When you manually scroll back up, the logo remains small and doesn’t grow back to it’s original size to accomodate the now normal menu size.
This doesn’t seem to happen on our demo for example: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/home-default/
Can you give us a link to your website so that we can give a look at it ? Have you tried to do any modifications that might be related to the logo ?

hi, getting this error message on my pages “This shortcode must have Buddypress installed to work.” Buddypress is installed and activated (uninstalled and deleted several times). also there is no save button for this error message The following active BuddyPress Components do not have associated WordPress Pages: Activate, Register. Repair
For the first issue, could you please tell me what shortcode generate that issue ? It’s a custom plugin ? About your second issue please go to “Settings > BuddyPress > Pages” and assign the necessary pages which are missing ( note that you might have to create those pages if the doesn’t already exist ) .

Don’t think buddypress groups supports such thing. Try to search for a plugin.

why hasn’t anything been done to optimize this theme. Its gtmetrix score is pretty bad compared to other themes I’ve reviewed. Some other pages scored a D. Any plans to improve the themes score?

If you give a look at the attributes which are bad rated you’ll see that it’s really up to the way you’ll gonna use the theme for your own project or any other optimizations that you will do to your wordpress site.
We work to improve our themes constantly so we’ll really keep an eye on this ratings but they really differs from site to site, because of the amount of plugins, images and scripts used, caching, and a lot more details.

Umm the test was using the demo server NOT mine. I haven’t purchased the theme.
Exactly that’s why isn’t relevant, for marketing purposes we use a lot of big images in our demo which might slow down the site a little bit, but from our point of view it worth’s. Probably in your own project you won’t use as many images if you want to increase your site speed. Also there are a few this about resource minifying and caching which are made with the help of additional plugins, by your own desires.

Woocommerce permalink issue.
When the permalink default settings, cart functions are normal.
However, when the setting the ’/ postname /’, add the item to the cart, but cart is empty.
I using the multisite. and theme and plugins are current version.
help plz..
Could you please try to deactivate any additional plugins that you might added, one by one, probably there is a conflict with one of them that doesn’t support a multisite environment.

Just change your theme to the default wordpress one, and if the issue persist then the issue doesn’t come from our theme.

Hey! Awesome theme, very powerful. I’ve enabled Facebook login and configured as far as I can see, although I’m not able to log in using Facebook, says it’s still in development mode and that the app isnt set up. Do I need to configure the Facebook app more?

I still have a drag and drop problem with visual composer (vertical space is automatically getting increased, freezing the box, cursor starts highlighting everything… ), a known issue since WP 4.1 update. Maybe the plugin just needs to be upgraded. Kleo comes with 4.3.4, but version 4.5 is available already…

Hi, it happens in the backend editor… for example: I can drag a block text in a 1/1 layout, that is working fine. But if try the same in 1/2 + 1/2 layout or different, I get the problems I told you…
Is there any way in which you could record a short video or do some screenshots with the issues you’re reporting and sent them over to dev@seventhqueen.com ? In order to understand what’s not working correctly we’ll have to find a way to reproduce this issue.

The best way to change those menu labels would be to modify the translation of buddypress or of any other plugin that’s adding menu items there.
