Hi, You should edit “Home Banner” block in Blocks on admin sidebar. These category links are the static links. When edit the page, you can see “Content Top” is “home-banner” in View Options.
No i am talking about the Top Categories and Trending on the sidebar. Those are not my categories and i don’t know where to change it.
Please edit “Home Banner” block in Blocks on admin sidebar. When edit the block using visual composer page builder, you should edit “Links Item” element.
I have made a stupid mistake by changing the permalinks of the webshop, and now is the position of add to cart, add to wishlist, quickview gone. How can I restore it?

. When I log out of the website as admin, everything is ok, but logged in not. The quick view ect are gone, but once logged out, there back. So problem solved.

Hi, - Could you delete the plugin folders in wp-content/plugins about uninstalling plugins? Please install again after delete. - You should install and activate visual composer plugin and ultimate addons for visual composer plugin. Regards.
you mean to delet the whole folder plugins? or only the installed plugins? Becouse the is apperance/install plugins posibility to install plugins but when i click to the install botton nothing happens

Hi, You should delete js_composer and Ultimate_VC_Addons folder in plugins. After delete these folder, you can see install again in Appearance > Install Plugins. If it’s not working, could you send me wp admin and ftp account? Let me check.

I have imported demo 8 however my slider and products appear with curved edges whereas in the demo these are straight. Could you please advise.
We are using catalogue and think that replacing the add to cart with a telephone number or any other text would be great. Is this possible??

What we would ideally like is a call us action with the telephone number replacing the add to cart button for all products. We are using catalogue mode. Usually this option is available with some themes to replace add to cart with custom content in catalogue mode.
Could you use woocommerce catalog mode plugin like premium yith woocommerce catalog mode plugin?

I have 3 problems with the theme while building the webshop.

2. I uploaded a logo for the website. It resizes itself and looks great in Chrome and Safari, but there are problems in Firefox and Internet Explorer, in Firefox the logo appears in original size, in Internet Explorer it appears also in original size AND the menu bar covers the content.

The only problem i still have is with Internet Explorer, the menu bar is over the content, it still covers the content in Internet Explorer, and the footer logo is still full size in Internet Exlorer, like you see in these pics:

Hi Authors! I have another translation problem, it is the same like it was with the “Item” in mini cart. On the product page in variable products there is a button “Clear selection” under the the variables dropdown. I translated “Clear selection” to hungarian in woocommerce language file and in Porto language file also, but it is still in english. Can you give me again a patch to solve this problem? Thank you!

in your pic about rtl support(green) you made a mistake and wrote wrong,as you know rtl langs. are right to left ,you should write ????? for Arabic and ????? for Persian(Farsi).

I don’t have a Secret API Key or a Visual Composer License Key. Was this supposed to come with the theme?
Hi, You can use only visual composer plugin. You don’t need to activate the license key. We will embed again this plugin if update. You can update manually after update. You should deactivate and delete this plugin. And you should install and activate again in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hi guys! I’m building a webshop in hungarian language. I could translate almost everything, but i have a problem with the mini cart. I have translated everywhere, but the mini cart is still in english it say (“items”). Any idea what did i make wrong?
Yes, i have the hungarian language pack installed, and i checked that the word “item” is translated. I also checked Porto language file. That’s why i don’t understand, i think something in the theme overrides the label of the mini cart, because it is translated correctly in Woocommerce Language pack.

because the delivery date is not the same for all the products. Some products (the expensive ones) are not in stock.
