Hi,

Just updated to the latest and have the below error message (WP_DEBUG is on).

Fatal error: Call to undefined method TGM_Utils::validate_bool() in /wp-content/themes/jupiter/framework/tgm-plugin-activation/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1261

Tried both on PHP 5.4 and 5.5.

HI. There are still many bugs including kenburned effect on Internet Explorer 9.

We are doing our best to make state of the art parts of the theme work on IE 9, but please consider that in some cases it is simply not possible as IE9 can not handle MANY things and we need to find a fall back.

We did a great deal of improvements on latest version regarding IE 9 but it is an ongoing process.

How do you do the ‘verticle tabs’? i have searched high and low on how to do it. i see it on your demo site but can’t find where they are or how to make that happen. thanks.

No unfortunately it is not possible. This theme only works in Wordpress.

I have a problem. In the latest version of Jupiter (4.1.1) installed on Wordpress 4.2.2 to edit a page with a setting under “jupiter page options” does not load. Saved correctly but no changes are loaded.

Please help.

Please go to plugins and deactivate, then uninstall Visual Composer plugin completely.

Please go to Appearance -> Install Plugins and install Visual Composer plugin again.

Please consider that Visual Composer should be in version 4.5.1 for Jupiter 4.1.1

Hey there,

First off: thanks for making such a beautiful theme it has made my past 2 weeks pure heaven.

Secondly: just one slight “annoyance” you could say. On my home page in particular (doesn’t happen with any other pages) the settings underneath visual composer won’t stay. So everytime I come back to the page certain things become unticked such as “Stick Template”, “Transparent Header”, etc. which I have to manually go back and turn back on before I save the page. How would I go about fixing this?

Please advise ASAP, I’ve tried Tweeting to you, leaving a support ticket and now leaving comments on here. These are critical issues with the theme and I can’t even make changes:

After I updated to your latest version:

1. Buttons no longer work – the links still show on hover but they dont link to the content area on the same page.

2. No page settings will save. Everytime I save a jupiter page setting, it reverts back to default settings.

If you opened up a ticket then we will follow up in timely manner.

No settings are even saving now, i keep mkaing changes and they wont save in the theme settings for example – remove header – wont save.

I just updated the theme and now having ton of issues- no buttons working, theme reset settings- this is horrible when you’re going to have updates all the time. And the site was broken without doing an update!

On the latest upgrade (yesterday) is there a way to have auto updates for the future? Also, when the files are ftp’d over existing files, do I lose all of my theme options? I would think so, if we load a css file right? I am going to hold off on this update. To make sure things get sorted first.

Please consider that having a complete backup of website is wise thing even with auto update plugin.

No you will not use settings by FTP method. But if you changed things in core files you will lose things. That is why we suggest that you do changes using Child Theme.

The auto update is fixed in version 4.1.1 so it will be ok for future versions.

Hi, I’m making a shop with Jupiter and Woocommerce but having issues with the Cart.

Last week, there were 2 cart totals and purchase buttons on this page. And I just figured out how to solve this, but before I did anything, I first updated Jupiter. And now, 1 cart total is visible , but now the Purchase button is missing! :-(

I checked all Woocommerce and iDeal Checkout settings. What could be the issue here?

Just updated to 4.1.1 and facing the following issues: -

1.) The jupiter page options are returning to default values inspite of changing and saving.

2.) Child theme still mentions 4.0.9

3.) primary nav is not visible on http://www.iolasoaps.com.

2) No problem regarding that as it will use updated theme as main theme. But make sure that you did not override any old php files on your child theme

Well I dont know if it is only me but the issue with sorting blog entries hasnt been solved yet (v4.1.1). I use pagination and my posts are being sorted in every page from old-to-new individually even if it is set as: sort by date in DESC order..

Please clear your browser/wordpress/server cache.

1. the post first is showing on the left and then slides to the right (sometimes after a while it totally disappears). Must be disabled. 2. Featured image should link to post 3. How can I change the text length of the excerpt?

Sorry if i wasn’t clear enough, what I need Is help disabling MEGA MENU, I am code proficient so if your are so kind to tell me where to disable MEGA MENU without breaking the Theme (functions.php, header.php) exactly what classes to comment out I’d be very grateful, I just need jupiter without MEGA MENU, thanks so much! (I have reviewd lots and lots of comments but the solutions won’t work as expected). regards!

Mega menu can be easily disabled by going to Appearance -> Menus and checking menu items and making sure the Mega Menu checkbox is not checked.
