Great Theme.
HI I am having real problems with the theme? I have changed the footer on loads of occasions and it keeps changing back to what it is now?

it sems to be sorted now but it was also changing the home page so it had a right sidebar despite me not selecting this? I now cant seems to change the footer ? can I get some help ? feel free to email me at info@smartmammoth.com

Yes got your reply but problem is still occuring… can you email me direct on info@smartmammoth.com.. If I cant get resolved I am going to have to ask for a refund as the theme is making changes by itself and is taking considerable time, I either need you to look at this problem direct and resolve or I am afraid I will have to go with another theme.

the issues I get.
1,Footer resets to default and I cant add widgets where I want. 2, Theme constantly resets to have a right sidebar despite selecting no sidebar. 3, background still grey in areas despite selecting white. 4. cant get compser to stretch an image across a whole page in testimonials section. 5. Slider wont resize to selected as in demo
having built over 20 sites with themes I ma finding this theme to be doing strange things? the Plugin you recomended was also caufing my site to crash.
please just login and see what I mean… Its really beginning to frustrate me now, every change I make sees the theme make changes of its own!!
its now also changing the perma-link on home page back to “video-Post” despite changing this over 20 times.!!

Theme looks good.. I have few questions.. 1) Mobile view: Why is the center section (main part) not shown first. The sidebar section is shown first. This gives very bad user experience. 2) Mobile view: menu is not good. The sub menus are opening up automatically and also the main content is moving down. Why not slider menu like Flatsome theme? 3) After clicking “add to cart” button there is no visual result for the user to know if its really been added (the info on top is annoying). Why not something like a tick/success icon near to the “add to cart” button? In the mobile view its even bad, becos there is not info at all after “add to cart” button was clicked.
Hi, all customers ask to place sidebar to the top, because many users use filter products at the top of page. Menu is a paid plugin, we just use it. If you don’t like it you can buy another one. About add to cart I agree with you. We will think to find solution

Hi, see. You install theme, install WPML plugin, install your language. If this is arabic language it embed rtl.css. After use RTL version and translate to your language. If you have problems with that – open a ticket after purchase

- How easy is it to disable ad to cart, and make it a view product link? I would like it to act more like a catalog, without check. Would need to disable the cart sitewide
- Can the search be turned off easily for desktop and mobile?
- Need to add 6 phone numbers to the header of the page, Im guessing I could hardcode those in somewhere, but for mobile I want to display a different phone number.

Hello. Yes, the theme supports a catalogue mode. As for the search, currently there is no such option but we’ll add it. Concerning your last question, in the admin panel we have a field for phone numbers (depending the header type) but for mobile version you will have to add custom css in order to show another phone number.
