1) Yes you can do it by going to theme options -> general -> header and set the header style 1 with left align option.
2) That is not possible as Jupiter is coded responsive coding in mind and every bit of code in Jupiter has that feature. It is not a matter of turning a switch on or off, all parts are scattered here and there in files and you will need to literally code it from scratch to make it NON responsive.

Hi. It appears when using the Zoom Out effect on a page section, the following section CSS Viewport Animation doesnt work on any element.
If i disable the Zoom Out effect, they all work fine.
Whats that about and how to fix it?

I recently purchased the theme and i’m trying to build my portfolio section. However, i can’t seem to find my page builder button in this section like i see it in the tutorials. I’m using sponde template…
I believe life would be easier with access to the page builder in this section too. Is there supposed to be?

Hi there guys, great theme, i have to say one of the best I’ve seen around. I have a quick question. I am using a plugin called Nav Menu Roles for creating conditional menus and I stumbled across this post that describes incompatibility with your theme, here : https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-working-with-jupiter-theme There is a simple workaround for this issue as described here : https://wordpress.org/plugins/nav-menu-roles/faq/
It is essential that I could use this plugin with your theme, but will you be looking into applying this fix ?

You’ve set incorrect permissions on certain files in the zip file of the last update. if you extract directly on a webserver (like I do) permissions are not change and left as originally set by you in the zip file.
Therefore, all files that have permission 640 or lower cannot be shown online because the browser won’t have permission to access.
look at my screenshot from inside your own jupiter.zip file (part of the most recent update 4.1.1.). look closely please and avoid this kind of mistake in the future.

I just noticed your rate and I have some feedbacks
1. We have been training our support and hiring new support staffs over the time. In fact lots of efforts goes through providing a better support. I have checked one of your tickets and can see a lack from our side and I informed our support manager to take care of your issues.
2. Not everything can be changed using child theme and most of premium themes has this lack. However we have added 95% of elements to be overrided in a child theme (such as shortcodes, structural elements,..) using WP native hooks. If you have questions regarding this please let me know.

How to remove the borders on the custom menu widget (sidebar)?

No unfortunately it is only possible to have menu opened up from right.
In general you can achieve your goal but with customization which you will need to do it yourself or hire a developer or use our paid service by emailing to [custom at artbees dot net] and get a quote for your request,

I am having a issue to change the server’s setting. I created a .user.ini file with the content below. I just copied the exactly same thing on your video description.
upload_max_filesize = 32M post_max_size = 48M wp_memory_limit = 128M max_execution_time = 600 max_input_vars = 10000 max_input_time = 400
After I upload the file to the server. Look like one of the two red copies fixed. but is still saying WordPress Memory Limit (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) : 40M Recommended memory limit should be at least 96MB.
Do you have any idea how I can fix it?

It seems that you are using shared hosting and permission of changing PHP options is not given to you. Please kindly contact your hosting service provider and ask them to increase those options from their side.

Please consider that you are using BFI_THUMB plugin version for your portfolio.
If you want to turn it off you need to go to the portfolio shortcode you used in the page and set the Image Size option to Original Size.

I’m having some serious problems with our blog (posts) section on our website.
These problems have occurred since the 4.0 update from 3.9.
1. http://www.bubbleboxmedia.com/blog/ on this page usuing the Visual Composer under the “Blog” module I can only use “show 3 posts”. I cannot use “-1” (for showing all) or any other number than 3. If I do so, the poage shows bnlank and just the header.
2. I have many blog posts from the past displaying nothing on the page such as this: http://www.bubbleboxmedia.com/digital-marketing-small-businesses-celebration-small-business-week/
3. With regards to comment #1 above, I made a new page, called it blog and used the blog module. Is this the correct way to use the “blog” feature with this theme? Is there any documentation to read in which I’ve set this up wrong?
If you can please help it would be so grateful. I currently have a broken blog and require it to drive traffic to my site.

It is better that you use the Page Section shortcode and using it’s options add your background. Then you can add Text Block or Fancy Title shortcodes into that Page Section.

This is maybe because of Cache plugin you may have or the conflict between YOAST SEO Plugin and VC version 4.5.1

I understand the transparent headers are not working in posts on Jupiter now and you are looking into fixing it. But I need a site up ASAP so I’m planning to use Pages rather than Posts to set up the site.
Just wondering if I can use Spotlights element using page contents rather than blog posts? Or anyway to work around it so it looks like the blog spotlights?

*I am using WP4.2.2 and Jupiter v4.0.9.3 and won’t be updating the versions for a month or so.
Unfortunately it is not possible to have spotlight style, as it is a style which is available in Blog shortcode.
I suggest that you use Portfolio shortcode and see if you like one of it’s styles.

There is a known bug between YOAST SEO PLUGIN and Visual Composer version 4.5.1 which Jupiter 4.1.1 uses.
The bug prevent user to save page options. For now the only workaround is to turn off YOAST at the moment.
Our development team is working on this and we hope to get a workaround asap.

First of all, I’m very happy with your theme! Everything works really great fine!
I’ve only one question: I can’t find a solution to display a sidebar on a WooCommerce Archive Page (Product category), on woocommerce/archive-product.php.
We haven’t customized anything, and filled several sidebar, but sidebar only appears on single product pages.
What are we missing?

You need to go to the page that you have set as your main page for Woocomemrce from woocommerce settings, There you can set the layout of the page to have sidebar.
