Bug Report:
If you’re going define a function that uses basic wording and is not prepended with something related to your theme, you need to wrap it in an if statement to check if it’s already defined.
I don’t use your theme but i’ve had plenty of clients contact me because your theme is causing a fatal error because you’re not checking if get_attachment_id_from_url() has already been defined.

The installed icons are not showing up that were included in the theme. Like the mail icon, camera icon, etc etc. It will show up in preview and on mobile devices but not on chrome, IE or firefox. Any suggestions?
Can you please give a few more details the icons you’re referring to ? Maybe a give us a link to your page where the icons are missing ? Looking forward.

I’m having difficulties with Post Grid, and Grid Elements.
1. I want the Grid to display Custom Posts (using a custom Grid Element, because I want to display custom fields in there), but the type is not listed in the Source setting.
(only have Post, Page, Attachment, Acf, Kleo_clients, Kleo-testimonials, Portfoli, Custom query, List of IDs)
The workaround I found is to make a Custom query:
post_type=project
(where obviously “project” is the name of my custom post type)
But then, we lose all settings for posts per page, and pagination.
-> I read somewhere that CPT should be listed in the Source dropdown list. Any idea why it’s not?
How to get the pagination back, if not possible?
2. In my Grid Element, i’d like to retrieve the custom post image (set as a custom field for this CPT). I’ve tried Custom Field and ADF element, none of them displays the “image” custom field. (neither url of the image, or the image itself)
3. I want to add a bar chart to that Grid Element (just a progress bar actually, e.g. 40/100 achieved)
Not sure it’s possible to do that, or how.
A workaround could be get the values from my custom fields, and do a bit of CSS on them. But I can’t find a way to build custom HTML from there, by retrieving values.
A possible resulting markup, with my example:
<div class="progress-bar"><div class="progress" style="width:40%" /></div>
(where the 40 value would be calculated from total/current*100)

Great theme! How does the theme work with the plugin “Sportspress”? I really need it to be able to handle sports stuff like fixtures, tables, results, players etc. Please take a look at the plugin and come back to me.

Okay, but is it to much to ask if you install the plugin and put it on the demo site or just upload som screenshots? I now that the layout been problematic in many themes so I’m a little pessimistic.

On my site http://www.upcycling.xyz I have some issues recently.
If you click on the heart/like button on an articles/post, it redirects the page url to the same URL but with a # on the end and does not execute the like function. Same thing happens if you click on the next arrow in the related articles.
Any idea why?

I think your issue might come from your minified resources. I would recommend you to use the following plugin for achieving a good stable minification (tested and working): https://wordpress.org/plugins/bwp-minify/

Hello, My install is slow, what caching plugin do you suggest to use? I have activated BuddyPress & WPML too.
There are a lot of caching plugins out there but I really think you should point your direction into the quality of your hosting plan. If you run your site with buddypress and also have high traffic I would recommend you to update at least to a VPS plan.

Hi, this kind of warning isn’t related to our theme, it might be generated by other plugins, or it might be as well generated by your hosting setup or your local antivirus ( maybe your site was infected somewhere in the past and your antivirus might know that ).

Unfortunately we don’t take care off refunds by ourselves so you’ll have to contact Envato support if you really don’t change your mind about using our theme.
If you give us more details, maybe a screenshot of your errors then it will be our pleasure to help you fix them or at least find out from where they come.
Also please note that the we didn’t heard of such error like the one you’ve reported until now, so I really think is an isolated case and the issue really comes from another source and not our theme.

Hi, I love the theme, however, i´m having problems every time theres an update in Wordpress. Im always getting a blank page with nothing in <head> and tags. I cant have always that problem with the website. you can checkout here http://super8.pt/. if i change the name of plugins folder it appears content, and i managed to check that is the K.elements plugin that is causing this. I´ve updated the last version, but still got the same issue. Do you have any solution for this? Please, HELP!

I would suggest you to deactivate your plugins one by one trying to see if you can find any one which might cause problems.
If you can’t manage to find from where is the issue coming then I would suggest you to open a topic on our support forum and someone from our team will assist you as soon as possible.

You can define the default layout you want to use from “Theme Options > Layout settings”. The settings made from each page in part will override this default settings only where is the need.
The category archive uses only the Main Sidebar at this moment, so from your Widgets page, you’ll just have to add a Menu widget to the Main Sidebar.

hi, it seems that video uses an extra plugin called: Video & Parallax Backgrounds For Visual Composer. It hasn’t been tested with KLEO so I can’t say it works

Hi,
You can use images bigger than 1200px wide and up to 1920px. There should be a small quality difference between this two sizes but the choice is yours, depending on your hosting server speed you might probably want to use bigger or smaller images.
