Hi there, Fantastic theme by the way !

I have a question about the portfolio section within the Ananke theme i have used. When you roll over a portfolio item, i want to remove the little pointing up arrow icon as well as the little plus icon and just have a single link to that works for each portfolio item. These appear when you roll over a portfolio item. I would like to get them removed.

Please advise how i can go about removing those two items from each of the portfolio blocks that appear when you roll over a portfolio item.

Hello, I have a question regarding the ANANKE update.

My site www.vicprod.com was created with your theme version 2.0. in 2014. Our former site manager forgot to update the theme.

I bought the new version 3.8.3.

  Is it possible to update directly from version 2.0 to 3.8.3? How to do it ?

Purchased the theme recently. However when the mouse scroll down on the page on Chrome, an error shown about passive listener relatwd to eventcancel function

as shown below in the plugin.js Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to target being treated as passive.

is there any update version to solve this or anywhere we can modify the js code by ourselves?

I updated to WordPress 5.4 and I am using version 3.0 for the template. The Revolution Slider Version 4.6.93 started causing a fatal error after update to Wordpress 5.4.

is it possible to get the “switcher” panel that appears on the left hand side of the screen. The block with the gear and shopping cart icon that lets you change colors on the fly for the demo? Is that built into the theme anywhere for use?

In 2015 we had contracted a free lance webmaster to make our company website with the ANANKE V2.0 theme. We are no longer in touch with this person and cannot reach him any more.

There has never been any updates of this theme and we do not find any license file.

Today we would like to buy the 3.8.3 license + Extend support to update it regularly.

Is it possible to proceed a direct update from ANANKE 2.0 to 3.8.3 ? For what price ?

And could we get advices from your hotline ?

Can the overlay pattern be removed on the hero images and video?

i.e. – If I add my own images and videos in the hero area, is that what I see? It will not be shown with your demo overlay pattern?

Can I remove the drop shadow on the text headlines? Can I change and customize the pre loading logo?

Hi, all images have no alt and title tags. All graphics placed in wordpress (media library) have manually added alt and title tags. This is not SEO friendly. How to fix it?

Hi, I have a problem with all the websites that use this theme, the scroll is some kind of emulation, because the theme does not detect trackpad or touch from my surface pro. Is this a glitch in the theme? I tried on many different demos including my own and cannot fix this.

your theme demo is locked by htaccess. What does that mean? Are you going to erase that theme?

If not, the next questions: Is the theme running in the latest WordPress version? Or you able to give support for the next 12 month at least?
