I am planning to purchase this theme for my business website. I was wondering to ask few questions before purchasing to be sure about everything. My questions are as below:

1) After purchase I will receive the all 8 models (demos) for dark and light mode to decide which one suits my project the best? or I should choose in advance and can get only one of them?

2) How I will receive the files and purchase?

3) Are you going to provide any guidelines for installation of this theme or I should contact my host in order to do the installations?

4) How often do you update the theme and what will usually get updated?

Hi Devs I have purchased your theme and I have few queries that I want you to address:

1. https://wp.kandltransport.co.uk/ this is my website link and if you go to the work section you can see 16 photos and when you will open any photo you will see that the videos in the detail of the photos are cropped but when I add YT video it appears fine open the last photo named “ESTANCIA – THE MORGAN SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE & THE VERANDA” and you will see what I am talking about.

2. If you come down at our services section I want them to be animated like you had in orignal how can I achieve that?

Hola, estoy muy interesada en comprar el tema Ananke, pero quería consultarte 2 cosas:

La primera es, si en las secciones de las imágenes inclinadas y en las imágenes de la sección de Trabaja, se les puede poner una liga para al darle clic redireccione a otra página.

Y la segunda es si se puede aclarar la sección de imágenes inclinadas en la versión móvil ya que al verlas desde éste dispositivo, se ven muy oscuras en ambos temas (el oscuro y el ligero).

Quedo atenta a sus comentarios.

there is a problem with the redux framework, in backend, it is not working, when I want to get a graphical interface, it is not showing anything, I should use page builder, but I want to use instead a redux framework. Please write me as well to email ainars.balabka@gmail.com

From the backend when I opened a redux framework it shows me:

“Maybe not! These items are using Redux. If you want to keep using them, Redux will need to remain installed and activated.” and

“opt_name: theme_option ~/ananke/framework/sample-config.php”

I want to edit the home page, so when I go to the section page and I want to edit the page, I click on the section “visual”, but I don’t see the graphical view.

Please say me what could be the problem? I updated all plugins and the core to 5.5.3

I hold a regular license for the Ananke WP theme on here and I am asking about the WPBakery Page Builder. I had it fully enabled at the beginning but it seems that I no longer have the full functionality anymore.

Since the last update 3.8.5, I cannot access Ananke settings. Buttons to Tabs do not work. An idea ? Thank you
