OT Moving Background Slider – Tiled image?

Hey bud – thanks for the theme. This is the second instance of Ananke theme I’ve implemented. I just installed brand new version – with brand new PHP with my host (Bluehost) and imported the data using your bundled plugin too. The demo shows the OT Background Slider as a single, slow moving image. When I imported the page data – the image was HUGE and barely visible. Then i uploaded my own image – and it seems to want to tile. Without options on how to display that image, it’s kinda stuck that way? I was expecting the image to be a single, contained or cover image that slowly scrolled horz. Is there a setting/update I’m missing?

How do I update the Ananke theme? It does not automatically update in my WordPress dashboard. I am at version 3.0 and it is causing problems and 500 Internal Server error on the WP-Login page when I try to update to the latest version.

Hi. I just started to use this Theme from Envato Elements, but I do have one question.

For About Us section of the Home Page (Dark Version Video), how can I make the 3 columns to spread on 3 columns, at this point I only have 2 columns over there. Would you be so kind to help me?

Hi are you ok? I bought Ananke theme April this year. I built a website and it was great Unfortunately I had to change my server. I migrated the server and migrated the website for the new server. The website is working fine and just like it was. The only problems is the pictures on slide revolution. The slider that is one of the most important parts on the website is not working. I tried to change so many ways and it simply doenst work, the picture juust don´t show up. Its the same website. The only thing that I change is that now in the new server the website is in the subdomain instead in the domain. So before the adress of the website was www.splendorhm.com.br and now it is consultora.splendorhm.com.br

I ve seen in the website code that the problem is that the picture from slider revolution just don´t rename for the subdomain consultora.splendorhm.com.br/etc, the name still just splendorhm.com.br/etc. All the other pictures rename, but the pictures from slider revolution don´t.

I ve tried many ways of doing it but it just doens´t work.

I really need your help because its been a long time I m tring to solve this problem.

Will this theme work with Elementor? I currently use it for a site with WPBakery but I’ve become increasingly unimpressed with the usability and stability of WPBakery over the years. Elementor is far better and I’d like to convert the site.

Hello, I have a problem with the theme. I can’t see the WPBakery Page Builder on the classic backend editor. The author of this element showed me that this element can be correctly displayed in the twenty seventeen theme. It looks like a third party code is manipulating it. I disabled all elements except WPBakery Page Builder, but the problem persisted. There may be a problem within the Ananke theme. How can I solve that? I will be very grateful to get your answer.

i have the old version of Ananke Version 3.6.5 now i have purchased the new version 3.8.3. if i update to the new version will i loose all the changes that i have made on the old version??

Hi, I’m trying to configure the “OT About Video or image” element as I saw it in the demo, that is, with the image on the left and some attractive texts on the right. The problem is that when I enter the texts they only appear as a “paragraph” text, I am not able to configure the text with different styles, such as an H3 + paragraph, for example. How can I do it?
