Hello. I’m checking to see if you’ve solved the issue of limiting the number of characters the user enters in the question post’s title field.
I abandoned my site because people were entering their questions in the title post, and it filled the whole URL and the top part of the post.

We are all the time updating Ask Me theme too.

4. I am not the one adding big titles. It is the users. They just type the questions bordering them inside the title field. Then they still continue in the body text. This is what made me get tired and leave the site. But I really want to get it up and running if this problem can be solved.

Honestly, getting the right solution from you when I had issues with the theme was the second reason why I got tired of working on my website. It was always like pulling teeth. I had to ask several times or explain myself repeatedly in different ways to get help. When I had an active support, you made me feel as if you were doing me a favor or I was disturbing you. You may not have known how I felt but it was not fair.
I have pointed out something and shown you an example about the question post title taking up much characters. This has been an issue that was raised by other clients long time ago but you didn’t resolve it.
Client relationship is not limited to pay before service and if not, you give the client a “how dare you talk to me, have you paid me” attitude. CR is all that you do to give a good impression which can lead to future sales. I have other developers I buy from but even when I had an active support it is only you and another dev (who sells an affiliate plugin – I have also stopped using the plugin because of his attitude) that are the only people I feel uncomfortable asking for assistance. I’m sure you like that, right? The fewer people asking you questions the better.
Giving me the right answer and solution would have encouraged me to consider start work again on my site; and being active on my website would eventually mean getting an active support from you and maybe in future consider purchasing one of your other two themes. I thought things have changed.
We all need to keep improving not only our technical skills but more importantly our people’s skills. We’re all passing through this planet and cannot clutch Earth with our hands.

Hello once again, It is not easy giving and receiving constructive feedback because both parties can be very emotional over an issue and not be acting their best. I apologize if I was overly upsetting.
I had hoped your response to my challenge would have been helpful regardless of support status, something different from some of my past experiences. I would not say you have not been supportive in some instances but other times you have not given your best (perhaps because I did not get you in a good mood).
I would like you to still have a look at this character length of question issue and help resolve it as this is not a problem specific to me and will prevent clients in the future raising the same issue. I am not a developer or tech person and don’t want to dabble and mess up your codes.

This issue has been one major reason I have put off my site for years cause I got some posts that had most of the question appearing in the question title (almost 220 characters).
I do hope this has been fixed in the updates or there is a simple solution, please.

You can also make a change in the user answer section. There is no author photo and emojis in the question and answer section of the Ask Me theme. But Himer theme has photos and emojis. In addition, you can add a night mode toggle button, such as the Discy theme.
