Hi, I work for a client that installed Blake for his company. I just want to know how do you handle URLs on blog ? I found categories with ”?=cat52” and other generated by the slug. What’s your URL rule for the blog?

Thanks for taking interest in our work! Although the category links are ID based, the URL upon navigation will be presented accordingly to the Permalink Settings defined on your WordPress Dashboard. Hope that helps!

I want to import the Blake theme to an existing website, but it makes use of the Gravity form plugin (with payment included) and I don’t want to lose al those important data. Is it possible to use the Blake theme without losing al the already installed plugins? Because when I install the template it says that I need to import the demo and then i’ll lose all the previous “theme” data (which isn’t a problem). Or is it possible to make use of the theme without importing the demo?

Sorry the theme is not ready to use different menus per page. Try setup a multisite WordPress installation. On multisite installations you can use same theme with same styles and contents, and setup a different menu on each websites. Don’t know if it’s the best solution for you, but is one solution

Hi ! I’ve bought your theme few months ago, everything was working perfectly fine until now. I wanted to change some texts on my homepage and now the site doesn’t update anymore, even when i refresh, clear cache etc.. I know my support has expired but the site doesn’t work anymore so.. (i use wordpress 4.7.6). I was about to buy another license for an other client but now i’m not sure anymore.. Thank you in advance for your answer if you have any clue..

The theme don’t have any problem, we are testing it on our dev installations and all is working as expected. You still have access to the latest version of the theme on your themeforest account, try update it and all plugins to see if it fix the issue.

I just wanted to tell you, i found the solution. Maybe it will be interesting for you or other people to know.
I tried again to reinstall the last version of Blake with Wordpress 4.8.2, it didn't solve the problem of update. And by the way, i still had a problem i didn't tell you in my first message, with wordpress text editor which didn't work. (tried to desactivate/reactivate plugins, still didn't work, except when i desactivate visual composer, but the point is to use visual composer... ).
Then i installed wordpress 4.7.6 and an older version of Blake (from january), it solved the text editor problem, now it’s working. And THE SOLUTION for my first problem : i changed my homepage template from one page to multipage template, and now my page is updating when i make changes in the backoffice. Yaye !
I still don’t understand why when i choose “one page template” for my homepage, updating the content doesn’t work. Actually my website is a one page, that’s why from the beginning i had chosen this page template.

I forgot… and i didn’t use the “homepage template” for my page because of the white gap under the revslider i can’t get rid of..
this is a strange issue because as i say, we didn’t find any problem, on all our tests all the templates are working well, on all we can update the page/content.
Indeed, i don’t know why there is this issue. But it’s ok as i found a solution.

You need to add a valid license on “ADD LICENSE” on My Account and check the Support Status, if it says “Expired” you will need to extend it. Then on the support page you will see now the Blake Forum.
When you purchase a theme, it only comes with 6 months of free support, if you purchase the theme at a long time ago, it’s normal your purchase code return a expired time, if you need more support you need to extend. Sorry themeforest rules.

I bought the upper template and it looks great! Only i do have a couple of issues. I can’t add my purchase code into the support forum, so i cant ask you for help via the forum.
The problem with the theme is that when i make changes into a page, the site doesn’t update, so when i refresh the site i still don’t see the changes i’ve made. Could you take a look at that please?

You just need to use the bundled plugin Envato Market. Go to Envato Market and field the the access token, after that go to appearance themes and i update notice should appear on Blake theme.

Hey guys, love the theme! Just had a question regarding the mobile 3-line menu button. I’d like to use that as the main navigation option on the desktop site as well, rather than having the text navigation. So it would be the 3 line menu button across all device sizes. I see that it’s not an option in the header layout section, but is there any CSS i can add to accomplish this? Thanks again!

Honestly we didn’t test the theme with this plugin yet, but normally it’s compatible, because blake follow all wp codex rules and guidelines, and it’s compatible with other famous multi-language plugins like, WPML and qTranslate.

I work on a client website using your template.
The site is build in “Onepage Template” mode with additionals pages of services in “Multi Page Template” where we can access via the menu.
I also try using your demo but I have the same problem : when where are on a “Multi Page Template” style page and we click on the menu to acces to a “Onepage Template” style page, we can not get to the right section, it’s the previous section.
Please, how to fixed that ?
