Hi, I have renewed but only see a forum with ‘Forum Rules and Community Guidelines’, nothing else. In my account, it says the Support status is expired?
I tried to enter my purchase code but says it’s already active. I have renewed by support twice now, therefore expiring March 2018, and can’t seem to find the new purchase code (if any).

When i go to BLAKE DEMOS menu i’m getting a blank page. everything else works as expected.

I’m having some issues when trying to upload the file “content.xml” from demo’s Blake. When i try to select the file and upload, the page loads “forever”, and nothing happens, so i try it over and over again, but still the same action, there’s no error, but no success as well.
I tried to install the demo’s “Blake Demos” too. But still the same thing. I have followed the video step by step, but no success =(
How can i resolve this issue? Thanks!

Currently we don’t have any demo available. The theme have a regular support for BuddyPress in terms of functionality (php files) and the styles are from the plugin, we doesn’t had any new style, everything is from BuddyPress.

How can we resolve the jump that happens on full-width sections such as the top of your Contact 2 Page here http://upperinc.com/previews/wp/blake/pages/contact-version2/. You can increase the delay of the map animation, this will remove the white space, and consequently improve the page load.

My client is working on a macbook air 13” and I had to make many custom fixes for them. Perhaps the theme could use a responsive fix for 13” laptops resolution.

This happen on the one click? Have you tried the manually installation? In the downloaded folder, you have all the necessary material to setup the demo manually in case the one click fails. In the documentation you can find a instructional video with all the steps.
