1. What is the support response time? 2. Will I get support in urgent cases like when the website is down/broken right away? 3. Does the theme support W3 Total Cache and Yoast plugins? 4. Do you have multiple menu options (position and styling)?

Hi! I changed my projects permalink to “die-projekte” but when calling for example http://matula.web-site.new-town.at/die-projekte/fassade-dunkelstein/ i get a 404 error… the project link in the edit single project tells me the url above but even preview doesnt work

Hello! I really like this theme and I have a few questions to make sure it will fit my needs! I have never purchased such complex solution before… So I’d rather be sure than sorry
1. Is it possible to set up any page to look like home-landing-form? I am looking for a landing page-like solution. 2. Is it possible to remove top menu from home-landing form? (So to have a website with menu on most pages, but without the menu on some of them?) 3. Is the homepage cutomizable, meaning I can move around the sections, remove them and add new ones any way I want? 4. Is this theme easy to translate? My language is PL. 5. Are charts customizable in terms of colors and look and data ranges? 6. I see counter elements, will they work with numbers shown in percentages? 7. Are the colors of this theme fully customizable? Especially for buttons, and colors of other predefined elements?

1) Yes, everything presented on that page was builded with page builder modules (shortcodes)
2) Yes, you can disable menu or hide it on start, window load (it just appear after you scroll down). For remove it on specific pages, you just need to add a display none in the custom css.
3) Yes, all pages have been created with page builder modules. You can rearrange everything, remove or add more modules, with drag and drop feature.
4) Yes, the theme come with .mo and .po files for easy translation. Also in the admin panel you can translate directly a big amount of strings.
5) Yes, they are.
6) Yes, you have a option on the module to add the unity.
7) Yes of course You can change all colors, fonts, backgrounds etc, via Admin panel and module’s options.

I am almost done with this theme, and I want to just integrate it with my clients newsletter sign up. I used this theme to create a yoga retreat website and her newsletter program is called http://www.namastelight.com/. I want to integrate this with the website but maintain the look of the themes newsletter sign up. I saw that this theme works with MailChimp. What would you recommend doing?

How can I make my homepage section labeled “The Retreats” from 2 columns on a desktop to 1 column on a mobile device? I tried setting this up with the Visual Composer column settings, responsive options mobile field from “No offset / -” to “1 column 1/12 / (width) 1 column 1/12) but it also changes the desktop layout. Any ideas? Right now if you view the website on a mobile device the homepage has the Retreats section showing two per row and its hard to read.

But I would love to use the modal pop up feature for an image button on my revolution slideshow on my homepage. I am trying to use a third party modal box plugin but the form on the popup is not working a few things. I rather use the modal box that comes with the theme. Is this possible? I want to be able to click the Mandala on my homepage slideshow that says BOOK A RETREAT and have it open to a pop up with a form. Is there some attribute or something I have to include so that I can use this feature on rev slider? Thanks!

Yes, the demo 1 has tons (100+) of different pages and is multipage oriented as for the demo 2 is a one page styled. To use google fonts on the option panels you need to add then first on Ultimate > Google Fonts, then you can select then wherever.

Few issues. The import demo does not work at all. Tried on multiple hosting platforms. Also, when manually trying to get the XML file imported (options.xml) I get a WXR error. Lastly, there only seems to be one demo version in the package from Themesforest, not the 15 advertised in the demo.

Sure, no problem!
You’ll find a folder named Preview Demo Contents in your download package with all the required files.
1. install the theme required plugins; 2. go to Appearance > Blake Options > Import / Export and import the options.xml file; 3. go to Appearance > Blake Style Options > Import / Export and import the style_options.xml file; 4. use WordPress Import tool to upload the contents.xml file; 5. import the sliders (cubeportfolio.json for the Cubes and all the zip files inside the revdemos folder for the Revolution sliders) 6. install and run the plugin Widget Importer & Exporter (https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/) to import the widgets.wie file;
All the contents are now imported. You just need to set the Menu location and choose your front page and it’s all set.

Hey Upper, Beautiful theme GLWS, quick pre purchase question, Do I need my hosting to allow loopback to use one of your demos? Or is just a simple matter of importing and everything will work exactly like your demos? Some themes like Betheme needs the customer hosting to allow loopback I have a customer waiting for a project and is getting delayed because of that.(My hosting does not allow loopback) So I really need a great theme. thanks Best regards

No you don’t need to ask your hosting for the loopback. The importation of our demo is simple, just need to use the one click feature. In case you have problems importing the demo via one click feature, we have a second solution, setup the demo manually. All files for the demo and instructional videos are in the download package folder.
