I bought the template recently and I get this message:

Your theme (Blance) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

But we are developing the eCommerce site for one of our client and client will not agree to extend support, according to him these problems were there from the very first day we installed your theme then there is no logic behind to extend the support. According to client its your duty to correct all the errors in your theme without asking for extra support money. Pl do it otherwise client will file a complain in Themeforest and will file a case of fraud against you. They are very strict and professional in such aspects.

If you are developing the eCommerce site for one of your clients. You should hire a freelancer. He will help custom code, custom CSS.

You can’t buy the theme and request support for some work from your client.

We can’t update all plugins on your website. We recommend the user should backup all before updating plugins, themes.

The support team only fix bugs relate to the theme. we can refuse some custom code or request custom CSS. Thank you for understanding.

Please include Mega Menu instructions in theme documentation please. I am sure lots of people are wondering how to configure this type of menu after installing demo content.

I know how to import demo content. That isn’t my issue. How do you create the mega menu like you have in your example? Should have been part of the theme.

Has the theme related products settings on the shop page? I have set up cross selling and upselling products in the woocommerce section but the theme shows random products and not the selected products from the woocommerce product settings?

Hi there,

I think there is an error in the “mini cart” template you overwrite from WooCommerce. It seems you are not following the WooCommerce standard to calculate the product price.

See your template in blance/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php : https://i.snipboard.io/SadilW.jpg I circled the things that seem wrong.

Now look at the min-cart template from WooCommerce: https://i.snipboard.io/SadilW.jpg

As you can see, they calculate the product price differently (and use a different filter).

I think you should edit your mini-cart template to include the same as WooCommerce, as this is the standard and some plugins are depending on it.

We checked your feedback. this is an override WooCommerce template file. We use this function. https://d.pr/free/v/llv4Lr AJAX loading and show subtotal after adding to cart.

If you don’t want to use AJAX loadinmg cart. You can: Remove line 51: blance/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php $product_price = apply_filters( ‘woocommerce_cart_item_subtotal’, WC()>cart>get_product_subtotal( $_product, $cart_item[‘quantity’] ), $cart_item, $cart_item_key );

and add this code: $product_price = apply_filters( ‘woocommerce_cart_item_price’, WC()>cart>get_product_price( $_product ), $cart_item, $cart_item_key );

We will check and update in the next version 2.0.6.

It looks like there is a bug with the new version of wordpress/woocommerce/blance and variation swatches. The swatches do not change the images when selected on the homepage only on the product page. So if you have a featured products slider with the product in it the colour swatches do not change the attribute of the product you have set IE:blue shirt, red shirt. Anyone else have this issue? or better yet, a fix?

The upsell and cross sell in woocommerce are not working. I added linked products for upsell and cross sell but those are not showing. How to fix it? I will renew support payment if your developer will help me fix this problem.

I have few presale question

1)How often do you update the bundled plugins (i.e. Visual Compser, Revolution Slider, woocommerce point of sale etc)?

2) can we change footer background color with background image?

3) Is there any premium security plugin like ithemes security pro, wordfence etc. comes with your theme?

4) Can we implement yith addons with your theme?

5) Can you provide me a demo link of your theme backend?

6) Your Lookbook gallery pictures lightbox not working. Eachtime when i click on any photo it opens the picture in largesize in next window. the large image dont open in lightbox. Pl check and explain this.

7) If i view in mobile and click on Product Grouped page then i see half of the the table containing the two products goes outside of the mobile screen so i can’t see the full table containing the two products and cant even change the quantity of each product. Pl check and explain.

9) When i see Product 360 degree view in mobile then i found out that the left and right arrow alongwith the middle play button comes ontop of the product. so it hampers product visibility. Pl check and Explain.

10) When i view in mobile and click on homepage, the product thumbnails comes in 2 columns. Can we make it in one column? and also can we change the product thumbnail size both width and height wise according to our need?
