And we’ve checked that the Blog Grid is showing as well. Could you deactivate other plugins and keep only our required plugins to test whether the issue happening for other plugins?

Hello can the votes be edited in this theme/plugin? I want to purchase but that is putting me off as if there are a lot of dislikes then it will look bad if there is bot attack.

We are extremely sorry for the late reply. You can do the custom ordering in the Docs widget. You will find the Custom Order option in the Filter Options group. Turn the Custom Order option ‘Yes’ to enable custom ordering.

I think another plugin from my end conflicts with the theme, but it isn’t.
I’ve tried to do a clean install 5 times already. Installed only the Docly theme and required plugins, still can’t fix these issues.
I need to take the refund, if no any solutions or new update to fix it in next 2-3 days.

Seems, this issue is happening for the Elementor plugin. If you are not running Elementor’s latest version, update it and check the issue again.

Hi, I’ve unistall the theme and Install again, In 2 diferent servers and the issues is the same.
I already contact elementor and they told me that is something wrong with the theme tah I bought, anyway, If I don’t find any solution I can have my money back?
These warnings are displayed when the WordPress debug mode is active. To troubleshoot the issue, you can deactivate the debug mode by editing the wp_config.php they told me this, I don’t have the knowledge to do this, could you help me ?

That method does not apply/work any more with the move to EazyDocs.
We keept the old method for the Docly theme. So you can still create OnePage doc by following the video tutorial.

Hello, I am getting this error on any pages created with Elementor and have docly elements such as Hero search. I’ve updated Docly/Eazydocs and all plugins. Also tried deactivating plugins. I do not get the error on any of the doc pages themselves. Any ideas?

I was able to suppress the PHP errors through wp-config file. All good.
