I think since the update there is a problem with the One Page Demo page. https://wordpress.creativegigs.net/docly/onepage-documentation/

Here the loading process is always displayed and the page does not appear. Tested with Google Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Can you check this?

Is there any way to use this for multiple locations? For example, .com/store-dallas .com/store-london .etc.. Somehow setup category structure like that where each store location has it’s own information. I don’t want to install a new theme for each store location. Would it be possible somehow?

Hello. I need an intranet that allows users to only view files, does not allow them to download files. I also need the intranet to allow a user to upload documents through a simple interface, not through code. Can that be in your theme?

What files do you want to disable download for the users, but they can view?

Yes. It’s possible. Users can upload files from the doc editor in the WordPress dashboard visually without any coding. There is an available upload button for uploading files.

You can see the PDF view demo here . We have used there the free PDF Embedder plugin to embed the PDF file. User can read the PDF only and they can not download it.

Could you guys fix 3 issues on mobile devices:

Issue 1: the pre-populate tags on the search form does not work on mobile. Issue 2: Mobile navigation toggle does not work on doc pages only on home page Issue 3: Forgot Password on login redirects user to wordpress login wp-admin screen.

Hi there, when I updated the “search banner” image with a custom image, it is reflecting well from the admin account. However, when I switched to “subscriber”/”editor” role (in other words, other than “admin” role) – the custom image is not reflecting and it is pointing back to the default image. Could you please tell me how can I make that custom image visible across all the roles ?

Please note – I purchased this theme before it gets officially launched in ThemeForest and I was told by your team that I can still avail support even though I can’t open the ticket. Thank you very much !

Very nice theme, I have been looking for this for a long time. A few questions before buying:

You can create as many OneDoc Pages as you want, right?
Is a OneDoc Page based on several Word Press pages, or is it just one?
Is it possible to offer the search function for the OneDoc Page as well?
The selection on the right “Windows” or “iOS” would be intended to switch between the operating systems if you had two documentations? Can this also be deactivated?
Can the theme also be set to black as default?
In the Image Hotspot widget, the dots are outside the image, is this intentional or a bug?
Can the code syntax also be copied / highlighted directly on the OneDoc page? In the other demos, a “Copy” button is offered directly and the code is displayed in colour?
Is there also a page for a something like a release history / info regarding the current version?

Yes, the search function search the whole documentation at once.
You can display content on the current documentation page based on the right-side dropdown value (“Windows” or “iOS”) selected. You can see the tutorial here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muNTEVSShfs&t=1s
The dark version availone on the doc pages only. Currently. there is no option for setting up the Dark version as default. We have got idea form your opinion. Will develop option for setting up the Dark version as default.

We designed that page and have a plan to add this page for showing the product’s version history nicely.

About point 2 from your answer: I don’t know if we have understood each other correctly here. My question would be whether it is possible to offer the search in the documentation “OnePage Doc”. Currently this is under https://wordpress.creativegigs.net/docly/onepage-documentation/ not the case.

About “Fixed: Image Hotspot widget’s pointer position”: This still does not work in the modal variant.

Then I noticed a few points in the mobile version:

In the mobile version of the OnePage Doc, no navigation is displayed
Cheatsheet does not seem to work mobile
Image Hotspots does not work on mobile. Points are displayed but no information.
List Items Style -> Dark Mode -> “An unordered …” Text is displayed in black and cannot be read.

Could you improve these points?

You can use the WordPress’s default API system for building mobile app. You have to configure it yourself. Normally. WordPress theme don’t do that type of job.
