HI, I am trying to open support account is not working due to I do not receive the confirmation email and password reset email. Everything is looks good your theme but Sign in and Sign up was error pop up due to contaent issue. I tried new installation for those pages but same issue. I followed the instruction from Elementor but It can not be edit via Elimentor. Please Check the issue. Thank you.

Is there a way to have subscriber tiers? For example, posts/items in Category A, D, and E are only visible to a certain group of subscribers? Perhaps S2Member or something similar would work with this?

User Feedback Issue
Noticed that you can get feedback from you site by email and they are also available under Easydocs Pro > Users feedback.Feedback via Email
When we receive feedback via email, hitting a reply goes back to the site administrator and not to the person who has sent the feedback. Even though the reply-to address is the sender, hitting reply sends response to person or to the group which received the email. Unable to send it back to the person who has send the feedback. This needs to be fixedFeedback in Dashboard
We can see all the user feedback is listed in the Easydocs pro menu. But there are NOviable actions, other than delete and hide ( I am guessing the eye icon is hide, no tooltip). Can we add reply action here? Need this featureAny update on this please ?
About FEEDBACK VIA EMAIL that I am talking about. If feedback sender write their own email in this field https://prnt.sc/VQjkBr1FV-Tk while they submitting, and after received the mail, if you want to reply by pressing the reply button, then the email of the feedback sender should be sent. So we will check the matter and if we find any problem then we will fix it.

Regarding Search Results
We have noticed that search results include topics that are in draft status. Is there a way to control what is displayed in the search response, like which type of headings and the topic status. We had an issue when a user searched for a topic that was in draft status and when they clicked the search results, it resulted in a 404 errors. Please help with a fix, Looks like a bug

Hi, I bought the theme today and installed it successfully. We wanted to install all the demos before which the documentation mentioned I need to install the plugins first. So I did.
However, I am unable to install two plugins:
1. Advanced Custom Fields-pro 2. Docy Core
The error I am getting for both: “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
What should I do now?

When i use the searchbar on the homescreen it searches in docs, blogs and faq. But i dont use blogs and faq. Where can i disable this in the search results?

Yes, I can see EasyDocs menu. When you click that, there is another options called Doc Builder, only when I click that I can see the docs and from there, I have to click Classic UI to see all my topics at different menu order levels. Instead of having EasyDocs in the menu, I want Docs. When I click Docs, I want to see all the post of type docs. Like how you see when you click Posts > All Posts. What is the way to have docs as a menu item ?

What you are saying is that the ordering of the classic UI docs looks wrong. But that is not the point. Since we have filtered the docs in tabbed form in the modern layout, the child docs are hidden under the main docs. So in the modern look you don’t see the child docs all together that you see in the classic look. So classic look and modern look seems different to you.
However if you want to keep our classic look by default we don’t have any settings for now. In the future we will see if this can be brought to our settings. Thank you
Hi, that is not what I am saying. Nothing is wrong with Classic UI view. All I am requesting for is to have a menu item in the Admin Dashboard called Docs. When I click docs, it should all posts of type docs.
So instead of going to Easydocs > DocBuilder > Classic UI, I would like Docs > All Docs. Essentially, would like a menu item Docs at the same level as Easydocs.
