Yes. Thank you. But it seems there is a problem with the Jewelry store home page. When you set your pc screen display to 4:3 or 800X600, then the background picture of the main menu stretches and covers the slideshow picture. Can you tell me how to settle this problem?

Sorry, i wanted to make a tweak with firebug on my computer so as to put one of my banners on your demo. But I can’t a 2 columns category page with banner on your demos.
So my question is. I have lots of categories on my site and want to have your theme on it after we upgrade magento. But we have a 1366×364 banner on each category (see example here :http://www.pieces2mobile.com/media/catalog/category/samsung_galaxy_s7_edge_1.jpg)
How would that resize on your theme if we were going for something like demo Big Supermarket & Tech Market or Sportswear Store ?

Hey I’ve purchased the theme just now. It’s nice looking theme. I noticed there are many people asking for support and yet you are lacking on the basic support.
- Please note these people deserve support. Not all of them are asking for customisation (I just read few comments above) which I can understand is not part of the theme. BUT support is something required.
- If people find a bug in your theme and inform to you, they are doing a favour to you. You must act responsibly and fix this as soon as possible.
- I also noticed that you are focused more on getting new demos out in the market as soon as possible. This is pretty bad when you can’t keep up with the tech support of the demo you have already realised. Instead of getting new demos out quickly, fix the bugs ===> provide customer service ===> fix the bugs again ===> provide great customer service ===> Improve documentation. This is how it should be NOT focusing on SELL, SELL, SELL.
Search a Theme on themeforest for Magento (Milano Theme and Intenso Theme) these guys didn’t had so many demos, yet they are successful because they focused on making the product better, providing Great Customer Service and gradually adding Demos.
The documentation guide you have provided lacks customer approach BIG time. I’m a buyer here on ThemeFroest. I have bought many themes and there are brilliant documentations for the themes out there. You should read them and improve your documentation. Simply creating the documentation once and forget about it is not an option. You should revise it as soon a new update is available.
I didn’t fall into any issue with your theme Yet, but as a responsible Buyer on ThemeForest, I will make a complaint to ThemeForest if you continue in NOT providing basic support to the Buyers. This is a community and you should act responsibly.
