There are two blocks on the big-market theme that cannot be edited without a 404 ERROR. I have even tried adding the html to different blocks and if the specific html is added there is a 404 error. It makes no sense and I have waited several days for support—no one has fixed the problem.

how come the demostore (drug pharmacy) looks different from the download in terms of css. For example sticky header search in demo is color background same as header, but after install color is white. Archive page title is above breadcrumbs with us (standard install) and in demo underneath breadcrumbs. etc

I have a important findings about your theme that when customer has gone to check out pages then he /she can not find the header top information or category link on above of Checkout page. But think it is important for a customer to go another category /page or option by opening a new tab & help to gather information. So that if you added ””Header Top Information”” on checkout page of your theme …it may help to improve much better your theme at customer end. Megamenu does not load structure in admin at the bottom of the page. How can i fix this. It shows in fronten demo version, but I am not able to change it in backend, because it does not load at bottom of the page.

You can fix by yourself, You need remove cache management : Admin > System > Cache management > Click “Flush static cache”
yes i have tried that, but it does not work. Still no drag and drop or anything at the bottom of the page
solved it deleted cache folder manual by ftp generation/codazon/megamenu

1. I have uploaded the sql file and activated the Fish theme from backend. How to import the sample data for the Grocery or Fish product theme?

We have purchased Fastest magento theme.
Now we have below issues.
1) Ajax cart is not working properly. When we add product in cart it is not updating cart items in header and footer cart.
2) It is allowing to add out of stock product. It is not showing any error like this product is out of stock.
3) Ajax cart is working totally wrong and working without any manners.

HI, I have purchased/installed the theme for magento 1.9.x, i didn’t realise the frag and drop menu was not included for magento 1. I have too many categories to use static blocks for creating the menu, how can I re-enable the magento category menu?
I have decided to combine this with magestore megamenu, so this problem is resolved.
But I do need help with a couple of things.
1) One of the main reasons I purchased this theme was the top layout filter position (http://magento1.codazon.com/fastest/men.html) when I change my category to one column the filter button displays but when I click, nothing happens, it doesn’t drop down.
2) Is the only way to change colours to manually changes the CSS files? No colour config options?
3) The mobile off-canvas menu displays all categories, even those which are inactive, how can I disable this?

Anw : Yes we just support color theme setting for Magento 2

You want load same megamenu for both PC and Mobile ?
I have a demo url but I don’t wish to publicly submit, do you have an email address?
With regards to the menu, I either wish to disable inactive categories from showing on the mobile off-canvas menu, or if this can’t be done, I want to remove it, and have the normal standard magento menu.
