Can this theme support visual composer?

Nothing is mentioned about VC and this theme doesn’t require VC, you can use it for article / default pages if you wish. That friend it means that it works with the theme!
My Account / My Profile – So now i found out that this theme doesn’t have an actual My Account or My Profile option for the authors who will post articles but the only option is the WordPress default member login section with the wp bar at the top!!! and this is only when you select Contributor as a default for people to register. if i am correct then how would an author know how many articles he/she has post and how can he/she edit their profiles and do changes, monitor tehir articles etc in a better way? – Can you please tell me if this is correct? And if i am wrong then how can i have My Account/ My Profile section for Authors to login and see what they have posted. see their reviews, ratings and comments etc. – If you do have this option please describe from where i can fund and configure it. – if no, then please tell me how i can achieve this with your theme. – thanks

Like I mentioned and as you can see from the demo, the form is for anonymous users, the form does not require users to register so is obviously that doesn’t have a profile / account page, again as can perfectly be seen in the demo. Archiving this will be using a plugin that have that ability.

Right after the registration from where i can set it up so the new registrar can see a message saying “please check your confirmation email to validate your account etc.” – i cannot find a way nor theme shows any indication to do that! this his very important otherwise it can be confusing. – thanks
That is not an option of the theme either of the plugin used for login / register purpose. For that purpose, maybe you can use a different plugin, we will take a look at it in the next update if is the case to change the plugin.

With the lastest issue with VC and WordPress version 4.5 that have afeected more than 100k customers, there are not plans for it at all and you’ll see less and less authors adding it in the future. But you can stil using it in th article / default pages.
Also, the theme dosen’t use blocks in order to use a plugin like that, this theme as can be seen in the demos, displays the latest article in masonry style or list style. For a newspaper theme with blocks, using the VC can make sens.
If you want to use VC to create some creative pages, I can add a new page with full width without the white background, so you’ll be able to use the VC and add the blocks from the VC you want.

hi, going through all of your pages here i notice that almost everyone asking same question about posting an articles is a bad idea without registering first. since you have done the work, is it hard to force people to Crete an account and validate then allowed to post an articles which would require for the site owner to approve. otherwise there will be too much time wasting for spam posts despite even though i set the backed to put in draft prior to publish. i saw this theme http://www.bluthemes.com/themes-special/katla/ which does that. it wont allow you to post any articles before you sign up. can you please fix that so we can buy your theme? other than that i like your work, really, good, job. – thanks.

Obviously you’ve missed my answers This is a front end submission mostly for anonymous users, in order to share an article with the site. For the form you can also use “Mathematical Captcha” that works perfectly = 0 spam or “Google Captcha”, but if you want to force the users to register, you can have that too http://pasteboard.co/1AFDMenC.png
The theme you’ve mentioned, doesn’t work and the author does not provide support and yes, is quit different from what Foot Theme does, please take a look at my demos, thank you!

We have been on envato for many years and bought almost 100 items and 900 other items from template monster and other sources and most of the times we have noticed that after sale almost 90% of the authors change the game and they do not take accountability for their products or customer support after the sale made. Enavto hardly cares so i just want to make sure with you so our businesses won’t get harmed. You know the golden rule “Treat others the same way you want them to treat you.” – thanks,
Take a look at my portfolio, almost all my themes have 5 stars. As for the authors that “change the game”, it depends of the customers too, mostly the new ones are expecting a lot more.
The envato terms / support terms are very clear what comes and what doesn’t and mostly all customers requires changes for free / installation service, etc.
I’m providing support for the options / features you see in the demos, if you are expecting something else or you want something else will need to be done by you or by your developer.

Thanks for your interest and nice words!- The submission form is mostly for anonymous users to share an articles with the site. The login / register system that you see at the top of the site is there if you want to add more functionality to the site like a forum, etc. As can be seen from the demo, there isn’t any channel or user profile with the ability to change / edit the submitted articles. That can be done from the WordPress dashboard as a default WordPress function. The submission form, has an option to let only logged users to submit articles = http://pasteboard.co/1AFDMenC.png
- All Articles submitted will be in Pending, if you choose so, and every submission will be approved or rejected from WordPress Dashboard by admin / users with privileges = http://anthemes.com/themes/foot/style1/submit/

Can be disabled only with custom CSS, The theme has an option to disable the feature image one by one for every article, to disable all featured images will require custom CSS via Theme Options > Style Settings > Custom CSS.

You don’t need to edit CSS! Setting the display property to none to a certain class via Theme Options is not editing the CSS! Anyway, added to the list for future updates, thank you.

The theme has the option to let the users / customers to accomplish exactly what can be seen in the demos, all of them. It doesn’t matter home many options I’ll added, will always be “more options need to be added”
Again, adding display: none !important; and the element will be hiding, no need to edit the CSS, if there are customers that don’t know this, we are here to help them!
If you purchase a top theme will 100.000 customers, you’ll see the same comments! It doesn’t matter how many options you add, every customer have a different idea and wants something different.
And as for me, less is better!

And Yes, the theme works perfectly with the options presented in the demos. As you can see from the demos / item description, the theme doesn’t come with WooCommerce. Unfortunately, there are no plans at the moment for the integration of the plugin, mostly because the price will jump up.
Unfortunately I can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins, you should contact the author of the plugins for support/integration requests, if you’ll have any problem. The theme uses the latest WordPress standards so it should work fine, but with the default style that comes with any plugin.

In the recent changelog, you mention deleting Google fonts plugin. Is it possible to change the fonts easily in the theme?

Yes with a plugin from WordPress repository = https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=google+fonts
My Theme Options has inbuilt to display an option too choose google fonts, but isn’t enabled. The reason for this is if you choose another theme to use after a certain time, you’ll lose the settings you’ve added for your favorite font, but if you use a plugin for that purpose you’ll be able to use the same font and style with any theme you wish, same things happens with the google analytics code too, more info here.

hi. was about to buy the theme but then i saw it on mobile. iphone 6s to be exact. it doesnt looks that good as on desktop. why? because it doesnt fills up the screen completely. i mean so much empty space on left and right side. also would like to know whether a person can register and then write or anyone can write a post? both the things are being shown on the demo and it has made me confused. thanks

The responsive style will be improved in the future updates, as for now in iPhone 6S you have 25px left/right, not a big deal. As for the submission form is mostly created for anonymous users to submit an article, but the theme has an option to let only logged users to submit an article http://pasteboard.co/1AFDMenC.png so in order to submit something you’ll need to create an account if you choose so.
