I have purchased the theme and not getting the color swatch option why?? I have shared the admin credentials too. Your team told me that share the concern with dev team- Not getting the revert yet- I have purchase this theme for color swatch option – so for me now this theme is useless and zoom feature is also not good..

full width is active but the previously mentioned elements are still narrower than what we would like them to be.

For example on this site http://janstudio.net/gecko/fashion/home-fashion-5/ the header covers 100% width of the page.

Just wondering – by default the product name appears below images in the product grid (on home page) when using Gecko, whereas on the Shop page the product name appears on hover in the middle of the image.

Is there a way to make the products grid on the Home page have the same hover behaviour as on the Shop page, i.e. 1. not show the product name below the product image and 2. instead show the product name on hover (instead of showing Select Options, Quick View, and Add to Wishlist)?

Thanks, but I don’t think any of those 4 options replaces the usual on hover elements with one that only displays the product name, but thanks anyway.

Hi looking at your demo site, it looks like it has broken code, is this not a supported theme? Also is this coded by the same people that do the Shopify theme? As I’ve been running that on a Shopify store for sometime now.

Hello, I bought this product from you the Gecko – Powerful Ajax WooCommerce Theme for WordPress and I am facing some problems with it a long time ago, practically since I installed it on the 21st of November, 2019. I tried to solve the problem in every way and nothing works. I checked with the support of plugins and also with the support of my server all possible ways to solve it. In my tests I deactivated all plugins including removing them permanently from the plugins folder leaving only the template but the problem persisted. Then I disable the template and the problem is gone. So we arrived at the conclusion, my hosting I and plugin supports that the problem would be the template. So I would also like to request your support to get a definitive resolution of the problem. Because I’m already 3 months late on my project because of this problem. I wabt to show you the printscreen of the problem I´m facing when I try to edit, post new products, edit products, edit pages, customize my template or even a simple visit to my website. It is really a persistent and unbearable problem that can make me lose my customers. So now I´m asking for help from your support. Can I have some place to I talk and ask for this supporte directly or is only here that I can talk tyo you? Because I think I have to send print screens of the problems to you… The link you have to your support is a forum with some wrote problems and fix and I do not find my solution there. Also I don´t think is fair this kind of supporte when we paid for it. Thank you for your attention.

Dear Authors, I know my support has expired, but I never had any question before. So maybe you can answer me anyway. I really love your theme and the way it looks like. I already tested your demo sites and they are good. Nevertheless my site is super slow. It takes about 3 seconds to load any product. (optimized Images etc.) Is there any way to get it as quick as your demo sites? GMetrix Score is A (95).

And one more thing: the Ajax product filter works, but it does not show the right product picture. It always shows the “main picture”. And when a product like “green” and “XL” ist noch in stock, the filter makes the user think it is, because with the “AND” function the “XL” or “Green” won’t disappear.

I hope you can help me! :)
