Hi..I’ve a question..where can i change the height of the slideshow of the pictures on Single Item Page ? The image I’ve uploaded have the same dimension of the one in your demo site, but in my one they are cropped..

Looks great! that’s background image and it shows depending on users browser. for the height : Theme Settings >> item pages >> Item Description Page Settings >> Featured Image & Map Height Then you can add height (px)

The pictures I’ve uploaded is already bigger than the slider..But The theme doesn’t keep the right size (823×420 – as the one you have on your demo) and crop it to 800×200..what can I do to fix this problem? In your demo it works great! Let me know..thanks

yes it’s thumbnail. I believe that this is not a problem. most of images in wordpress has thumbnail to make them fit on specific place. if it’s not fit, the height of the page will keep changing.

Multi-categories option has been working on it. we need to test a little bit and added on the next update. this update is for minor issues of 1.3.1 version. it is not for main update. it will be v 1.3.2 version.

Is there an ability to update the directory I feel like I am not able to receive certain items on my site. i.e. “Claim your business tab”.

i’m playing around with your demo and i have a question/suggestion.
Why the distance slider for geolocation is not on home page, under search fields for example (like other Directories themes here in Themeforest)?
In terms of usability i find it’s not very logic to search for something on Home page and then to be redirected to a page to change distance from my location.
Why not a “Search around my position” under search fields in Homepage?
Also, and very important, have you tested the “Search on map” page in Chrome on Android devices?
If not try and see how displays.
Dropdowns are not styled properly.
In landscape mode search fields are in a chaotic order.
I really like your theme, but before i purchase i would like to see you have fixed all the small issues i’ve mentioned.

On Homepage, the title of the item in slideshow is not visible on mobile devices in portrait mode.
You know the rule. MOBILE FIRST.
I think you should have to focus more on that.

5. you need to purchase a licence for more sites. we don’t handle licence or purchase fee. you need to talk to envato support.

7. yes we have a payment option. we are working on new payment.

9. yes we have visual composer and it’s very easy and useful to create pages. if you are not familiar, please search for them.

About title on item listing page, i have realized that the title is overlayed on the big image in header.
Actually i have to say that is not very user friendly. I would expect to see the name of the item above the description, under the slider in About us tab.

I purchase 120 Map Icons Collection from envato but the pin are coming always huge on the map even when i re size
I noticed that your pin are within a white square
Do you have an easy solution to create 100 of map marker willing to buy anything
2) you offer 4 types of map marker with psd which one shall i work with and use ?
is there a solution for the theme to re size the marker to the correct size
there is so many option on envato maybe you can find a way to make it compatible with one of them

All of our free offered pin markers are working well. Marker Type 1 ~ 3 => 60×76 (px) Marker Type 4 => 42×53 (px)
These are the size. I think it most works. you can test some icons from google searching 
we had before and it works ok.

Hi I have a few questions before I purchase:
1) As a website owner, is it possible to insert text in the category pages (for SEO purposes)?
2) For what can users be charged? For instance, can you have different types of listings and have different prices fo each? Can you have recurring payments to maintain listings on the site? Can you charge to allow users to add events?
3) Can I display blog posts (filtered by category) on the homepage?
4) If I don’t have a slider, can I have a search bar (filtering by location & category) somewhere?
5) Is it possible to list blog posts in a normal blog format rather than grid format?
6) Can you have recurring events or pin them to the top?
7) Is there are advertising banner widget?
When entering a listing, is it possible to limit the number of categories the listing is inserted in? That way, people won’t enter listings on each category.
9) I’m assuming that reviews and ratings can be switched off right?

2. posting items, charging featured items and recurring options from coming update. we are working on it now.
3. There is a visual composer shortcode for it.
4. There is a search form shortcode ( http://javothemes.com/directory/home-archive/ )
5. we have a grid format for now. we will add it more in the future.
6. we are working on directory options first and do events later.
7. you can use text widget.
8. it’s only 1 for now. but it will be muliti categories available soon.
9. do you mean hide them? yes you can hide /disable / rename them.
