Dear support,
After having searched the hole internet for directory theme I find yours really nice! Before I am getting it I need to know if your theme include these features or if it is possible to add them (maybe you can do it for me for of course extra pay or you can advise somebody who already work with your theme)
Here are the features that I need:
1.Other payment solutions integration (sms payment, visa, mastercard…)
2.Possibility of setting up recurring subscriptions.
3.Possibility of approval of the ads before they appear on the website
4.Customization of search form on front page. (I only need 2 fields)
5.Customer gets reminder to renew the add
6.To make more space where you can write a text on the register/post add popup page.
7.Possibility of signing up with google or facebook
8..Ad statistics for users (amount of views etc.)

2. subscriptions : do you want your users to pay for seeing items(listings)?
3. it has that feature. however we are working on it with new payment system.
4. it might be private customization. it’s not simple depending on your plan.

2. By reccuring subscriptions I mean so avertisers can pay automaticaly every mounth. (adds renew them selfs automatically unless cancelled) 6. I would like to write more text here: http://i59.tinypic.com/1077tc8.jpg for example about the prices or why people should advertize here etc.
Last thing: Would you be able to customize it for me or you can recomend me one who can of couse not for free

I have a couple of pre-purchase questions after reading through the comments and your KB:
1) Can I import a city list of all US cities? or is it pre-loaded? or is the drop down created from actual entries?
2) Is there an admin demo somewhere? (many of my questions would be answered with this)
3) A listing can only be submitted in 1 category??? If so, this is huge and a definite deal breaker for me.

4) I don’t see anything on the demo for pricing or that there is a charge for listing. It looks like you just register for the site and then you can list whatever you want. Has this feature made it into the current theme?
5) Can I bulk import business listings?
6) I see the listings referred to as “items” and wondering if this can easily be changed since most directories are for business or places and not items.

1. You need to add each location names. then it will be created dropdown boxes.
2. Unfortunately we don’t have backend demo site.
3. It’s possible to add on back-end for now. and it will be also possible on front-end soon. we have already created it but needs more testing/
4. yes we have pricing however, we are working on better and new payment feature according to our buyers requests.
5. it’s not provided yet.
6. you can change slug name on the next update. “item” to “your-custom-name”

is there a feature plan to make pinpoints each spot ? all is fine in your system but of corse the customer see spots on the right and or under the map but how he know were is the spot when he need click first. in case the item pops up when the customer hover on the spot preview its most helpfully.
is this coming or on the road map ?

Post-purchase question:
When I go to a single listing page and click on the map feature all of the markers for listings under the same category pop up. Is there any way to make the marker for that listing come up alone?

hello. i have two questions. 1. is it possible for the direction section to actually give the person a route map. EX: it will tell the user to turn left, right after 200 ft etc..
2. how does the membership section work for instance if i can remember that i saw, where users Select Payment Items, for example: “Cheap Items: USD 15 : 3 Posts / 3 Days ” does that mean that for $15 that the person can post 3 items and those items will last for 3 days and that the person wouldn’t have to pay another $15 to post another item. i hope u understand what i’m saying. THanks in advanced for your response.

1. Yes, you just need to setup this map (box) page as main page. ( http://javothemes.com/directory/map-box/ ) you can setup on “general >> reading ”.
2. you just want to use POI only? I am not sure. if you need to show the area, you need to make an item on the area. we have POI on/off option on several pages.
3. I am not sure what you mean. do you (admin) want to send mails to some registered company? or your users send? what is this feature for?
4. Can you please give me little more details about this question?

3. When some quest find XYZ company in Javo Directory theme. Can send a message to this company using for example Contact Form? I see only e-mail in company list, but i don’t see some option “Send message to this company”. It is possible?
4. When i turn to some category, for example Hotel i see some results – list with companys. Who is first display in category for example Hotels? it is a company that has been added as the first to category Hotel? What are the rules? Why hotel ‘Ballago’ is first instead of ‘Javo hotel in downtown’ ?

4. these are first posted and I have heard that re-ordering plugins work fine then you can reorder your listings.
5. There is a list of feature items and these are listed on the map. however you need to click on them.

Hello! Pre-sales questions here:
1) I see that you can have featured listings. Do those listings get listed first when the visitor does a search for anything on the site from any search box. For example, all featured listings in FL are listed before non-featured listings from Florida?
2) How customizable are the result pages? Do i need to manually edit the PHP code to make changes?
3) On the result listings, are you able to remove the circle on the bottom right of the picture which appears to show a face?
4) Am I able to change some of the verbiage of the theme. For example, change Item to Cheese, if I wanted to. If so, how difficult would this be?
5) I see that the listings are listed as /item/. Can that be changed? If so, how difficult would it be to do so?
I’m excited to buy your theme but my questions above are preventing me from moving forward. I look forward to your prompt response.

2. It depends on how much you need to change. we can’t really help private customization. if you need to modify a lot, you need to handle php and css.
3. “result listings” means list on box style map page? if so, we don’t have an option. we can provide simple custom css.
4.,5. We are working some re-name part (and rewrite rule). “item” name can be changed on next update.

1) When is the next release? I’m looking for a specific date or timeframe. (i.e., in two weeks) 2) Are there a specific development timelines (release every 15 days, for example) that I can expect these/ and new features to be implemented if I buy the theme? 3) Given the theme and developers, does Javo Theme offer custom development? If so, is the development per hour, per project, or other terms?

2. We tried many ways to update. (everyday, every week) however we don’t want to be in a hurry and have more time to check bugs or any mistake. we are trying to have a least one update per month. it can be changed all the time.
3. Do you mean paid private customization? I have to check our developers schedule. I think they are busy now. we have to see what you need and how complicated.

Yes there is options to hide/show reviews, ratings, events and you can re-name them. however, we don’t have an option to hide contact info. do you mean only item single page? if so, you can ask our developer to provide custom css.
