Thanks for the reply Rob. I guess the placeholder that content this text is an image. I’ll try to find it. And I really like your new updated look of the Javo directory. About the 360 – you know when you open a listing page you have by default an image in the timeline. Can I set a listing, when the page is opened to load by default the 360 instead of clicking the button to load it like in this screenshot where is the yellow arrow? (https://imgur.com/2NGSwSO)

Why can’t I get updates from Lava Code about the plugins I purchased for Version 3? The map no longer works on my site and I was hoping that updating the plugins would help but I can’t update the plugins and I can’t download them from the Lava code site.
I’m not moving to Version 4 because I had to create pages for categories and locations because the map was not working and I’m not re-creating 40+ pages.
I’d submit a ticket but I can’t.

Hi. I purchased your Javo directory wordpress theme this morning at dawn. I’ve been looking at the themes that you’ve updated several times, and I’m happy with the composition of the themes. But after buying your theme, I was disappointed. The online documentation you created is too dizzy. Theme makers that are cheaper than yours also make manuals easy for the average user to do the whole process from installation, but your manuals look like garbage. Also, the YouTube course also keeps the old, not the update. I do not think this. This manual requires a detailed explanation of the basics. I would also like to refund this theme. However, it’s not that hard to install demo files.
You just need to use installation wizard to import all demo data and see step by step doc to set up some initial settings such as google map api, select a menu you want to use and some more minor things.
The youtube videos are for old versions. they were more things to do than this version. We didn’t put any doc to have a look at the youtube. so you might have misunderstood.
It has many features and it looks hard at the first time. But they will be very useful. Please understand it’s not for a simple blog site. You need a lot of options to use a directory site. That’s why there are many features. We will also keep updating our doc if there should be.

We believe you misunderstood. See the step by step. It’s NOT all you have to do. These are included initial settings, checklist, a recommendation of our hot features you should use and a few options you can change or customize as you wish.

Update Steps: it’s not for you. It’s for old users.
Checklist.
1. Menu : you just need to select one of menu which it’s imported. The menu is not selected due to different IDs. Then you just need to select one of them you already have by the import.
2. Map data: just 1 time you need to click for fast loading on maps. It’s from lava directory manager.
3. Google API key : it’s required from Google. Everybody needs to do if you want to use Google maps.
4. Check permalink: it’s a recommend and also from WordPress.
5. Check elementor setting for faster loading. You don’t need if you don’t want.
Header, footer, listings… settings are all you should have a look if you want to change or customize them. These are NOT you have to do for installation. Because you will have them when you import demo data. These are good feature what we recommend you to have a look and change what you want. Just good features what we tell you to have a look. You should know these cool features we created for you if you want to use it correctly. That’s the recommendation. You also need basic knowledge of our features if you need to run a site.
All of the themes have minor settings you need to do when you install. We also have a few settings you should do by different database index IDs. if you understand database, you know what it is. You will get most of the contents when you get the import. Step by step is telling you to need to set a few options by different IDs from a different database. Most of them are all “check list” and recommendations of hot features you should know and use them.
We (authors) do our best to make it as easier as possible. But some of them are not easy to do such as data ids. We have much-advanced features and spent a lot of time on it as many authors do. Thanks for this great market, you get a great deal. But it is not possible to get this them by this price in general.

1. Is there a roadmap (trello or other) for future plans? Seen no theme updates after May’ 19
2. Is there an ETA for WPML, Mapbox/Openstreet?
3a. Can we add products and sell them? I mean simple eshop – no need for packages/subscriptions. In your demos it looks like basic Woocommerce pages are not styled (single product, cart, checkout)
3b. Can we use Elementor Pro theme builder to style these Woo pages? (or we ll have conflicts)

1. We are using Trello among developers. Unfortunately, it’s not for public. We will have an update soon. There are many plugin updates and we didn’t find the best timing for updates. But we will do soon.
2. We are still talking to WPML. But no specific plans for another maps.
3. WooCommerce is supported.
4. We haven’t tested Elementor Pro to build WC pages. But it should be fine. There will be an addon for WC page builder in near future. it’s from lava team and you can purchase it if you need.
