1. It’s not officially supported yet. But our developer found a way to do and it’s also possible by the payment gateway.
2. Yes, we have many notifications. You can find them on listing type tutorial and some more for payment expired notifications.

Yes, you can add the 2nd contact number by drag & drop on the form builder.

And more taxonomies as well if you need to filter them. Category 2, Category 3.. etc

Yes, it’s possible to use a subscription with the WC subscription plugin. One of our clients is using a payment gateway. I heard that it also provides a subscription. We are also looking for better ones if we can find it.

Just bought the theme and setting up, little disappointing I cannot edit the submit listing fields further. Annoying to have my custom title and then the location, amenities, categories showing at the same time. Also Id like the option to have these field as a drop down select rather than a select a multitude of categories.

Mobile should be working fine. it’s built by Elementor. You can remove (hide) or add more space by Elementor responsive mode.
The map block also has grid mode and responsive column setting.
