Do you get these errors or is there a phperrorlog file? If these are in the file , please ignore them and delete the file. It’s the file that helped us to debug white working and we forgot to delete it. Thank you.

Thank you for your replay. We have installed the latest version of the theme, 1.9, and all our plugins have been updated, except the Bakery Builder, but that’s being updated along with the theme, as far as I have understood. So, do you know what the problem could be, if it can be fixed with any updates?

The latest theme update is v2.0. Also KeyDesign Addon is now at v3.0. Please make sure that both the theme and the plugin are updated.

This option is not available with the theme or with WPBakery either. To rule out any theme related issues you can try switching to the default Twenty Twenty and test.

Hello! Unfortunately, that bar is static and needs to be adjusted manually. You need to install a crowdfunding plugin if you want advanced functionality.

Hello I am facing a small issue with your theme. In your theme one tab is closed only when the second tab is opened. Is it in anyway possible that when one tab is opened, it can be closed/unexpanded with a click instead of opening the second tab?

There are a lot of issues with the website responsiveness. I am having a hard time setting the background image right for the mobile version. https://demo.xclamatory.com/spotless/contact/ The background image on the top banner is repeating itself in the mobile version (iphone 7) of the website. Hello, I setup the latest version of the theme on a development WP installation to test it before using it on the live site. While testing I noticed that the set google fonts are not working. I set e.g. the H6 on Bookman font but I see in the Inspector that the “used” fontname is broken. See linked screenshots. How can I fix this? I can also provide admin credentials if needed. Hello,
Some of the standard fonts from the Typography list do not load properly. This issue happens on our end too. Try using a Google font and test again. I will inform our developers about this issue and we will try to get it fixed with the next theme update. Kindly bare with us.
