The social media icons are broken. I have tried the 2 methods below you recommended to other clients found on this forum BUT it is not working. Can you please help.
Method 1. 1. You can add Social Icons in the Topbar area from the Theme Options panel and use a widget to add them in the Footer area.
Method 2 Please make sure KeyDesign Addon is updated to latest version. Head over to Dashboard > Plugins > disable and delete the plugin. To install it again navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins.

Please disable all plugins except for the theme recommended ones and test again. If issue is resolved, enable the plugins one by one until you find the problematic one(s).

Have you updated the theme required plugins? You can do that in Appearance > Install Plugins. Then clear your browser cache and test again. If issue persists, try disabling all plugins (except for the theme recommended ones) and test again.
Suddenly all the icons included in the theme disappeared. Are there any updates that will solve the problem?

Forget it, I finally was able to fix it. For whatever reason the background settings just were not working and previous settings were removed.

Hello, my client is using version 1.7.1 of this theme and facing curl error 28. I have tried quite a number of things w.r.t php configuration on the server and finally found out that this error is associated with the theme as deactivating the theme solves the error. Thanks for writing in! This problem is a very common server related issue. In most of the cases not created by a particular theme or plugin, nor by WordPress.
The first thing to do is to update your WordPress to the latest version if not already done.
Then if the problem is still there, contact your hosting support and ask to check the following points:
- Update PHP and the cURL library.
- Increase server memory limit.
- The cURL error can be a dns related issue. Your hosting company might need to switch dns configuration to OpenDNS
- Ask your host if there is some limitation with wp-cron, or if loopback is disabled.
- Ask your host if there a firewall or security modules (e.g. mod_security ) that could block the outgoing cURL requests.

I have already extensively searched and tried above mentioned things.
Finally, I migrated the production theme to my local fresh installation of wordpress with no error. And, upon migration the error showed up in the local copy as well. So finally after some more playing around I found out that simply disabling the theme and using default theme with or without all active plugins solves it.
Please let me know if I could do some configuration changes in the local wamp or it could be something with the theme?
Could you please share some more light into the matter.

How can you market that this these is ‘optimized for SEO’ with pagescores like this? I am using your theme for landing pages and Google Ads is flagging alerts. Please – explain the disconnect between what your marketing and what your ACTUAL page speed test scores are!

I see you’re still using the old KeyDesign Addon version – v2.5. Please update to latest v3.0 version. Head over to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins > update the plugin. Then clear your browser cache and test again.

I have an issue with the “smooth scroll” option that makes the page scroll down smoothly when you click a button for example. Before it worked okay, but now it doesn’t work anymore.
I have added this code in the “Extra class name” field under the settings of the button. Before the code was “cb-smooth-scroll”, but this doesn’t work anymore. Can you help with this?

Yes, we’re doing everything right. KeyDesign Addon to version 2.9.1 works correctly. What did you add to versions 3.0 and 3.1, that the page has completely destroyed the view as if something had damaged CSS.
Just updated everything to the latest including your latest theme version. However now there’s a ‘Let’s talk’ button that’s turned off in settings (Dashboard > LeadEngine > Theme Options > Header > Popup Modal) but is still showing on the site. Plus other symbols/icons have stopped working

Hello sir, first of all please make sure you update KeyDesign Addon plugin. Deactivate/delete and install again. The pricing switcher is a custom element integrated in KeyDesign Addon. After you update it, add a new pricing block on page from Blocks->Pricing Tables ( the switcher will be included ) or simply add a new element from Elements->Pricing Switch. Thank you.
