hi there. does this theme support pricing and ecommerce out-of-the-box? I didn’t see anything to suggest that in the demo.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out!

The theme is primarily designed as a listing directory theme, so its core features focus on showcasing listings rather than traditional eCommerce.

That said, the theme is compatible with WooCommerce, which means you can absolutely incorporate pricing and eCommerce features by leveraging WooCommerce’s capabilities. This allows you to offer paid listings, packages, or even sell products if needed — though it will require a bit of setup on your end.

If you need help configuring WooCommerce within the theme, we’d be happy to guide you through it.

Let us know if you have any other questions!

Where can I download WP Job Manager 1.40.2 to restore search functionality?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out!

We don’t have direct access to previous versions of the WP Job Manager plugin. However, you can revert to an earlier version like 1.40.2 by using a plugin such as WP Rollback, which allows you to easily switch to a previous version of plugins from the WordPress repository.

Alternatively, we recommend reaching out to the plugin developers directly to see if they can provide you with the specific version you’re looking for.

Let us know if you need help with the rollback process!

Thank you, using WP Rollback, I have rolled back to WP Job Manager 1.40.2 which seems to have restored search functionality. It is frustrating as I spent days trying to work out what was wrong and only found out the solution through a fellow user on this comments section.

Hi there,

Glad to hear that rolling back to WP Job Manager 1.40.2 resolved the search functionality issue!

We understand how frustrating that must have been — thank you for your patience and persistence in troubleshooting. We always appreciate insights shared within the community, and we’re here if you need anything further moving forward.

Updating WP Job Manger breaks the listing search. After some digging it appears that I am not the only one and cannot find a solution. I have to keep WP Job Manager out of date (1.40.2) in order to have the site continue to function as designed. Any help would be appreciated (Without demanding $50 in support fees, this is obviously a known bug.) Thanks.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out, and I completely understand your concern.

There is currently a known compatibility issue between the latest version of WP Job Manager and the search functionality in Listify. Our development team is aware of this and is actively working on a long-term solution to restore compatibility without disrupting your site’s core features.

In the meantime, keeping WP Job Manager at version 1.40.2 is the recommended temporary workaround to maintain search functionality. We’ll notify all users as soon as a patch or updated theme release is available to safely support the newer plugin versions.

We appreciate your patience, and please rest assured that this is a priority for us.

Salaam Dear, this theme looks nice mostly i will buy it InSha’a-ALLAAH just i want to know if i bought it one time < can i use it to make more than one website or no, as you said this ” This item is licensed 100% GPL.” but i’m still not sure.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Currently, the Listify theme does not have a mobile app solution. The theme is designed for use within a web browser, and there is no native mobile app available at this time.

If you require mobile app functionality, you would need to explore custom development options, which may involve working with a developer to create a mobile app that integrates with the Listify theme.

Let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance!

This theme works great on PHP version 7.4 but when I update to 8 and higher I get the white screen. This is with the most recent version of the theme. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. To further investigate the issue you’re experiencing with PHP 8, we may need to replicate the problem on our end. Could you please create a staging site with PHP 8 enabled?

Once you have the staging site set up, kindly share both your WordPress and FTP credentials with us so we can access the environment and troubleshoot.

You can securely share the credentials by creating a ticket with us here: Support Ticket System

Looking forward to your response.

Omg I accidently bought a new license for the wrong theme :((((((

Can you refund

Hi Jeroen,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that this was an accidental purchase, and I’m happy to guide you on the next steps.

Since all purchases on Envato are handled through their platform, refund requests must be submitted directly to them. You can request a refund by following this link:

Envato Refund Request

When submitting your request, be sure to explain the situation clearly, mentioning that it was a mistaken purchase and that you have not used or downloaded the theme. Refunds for accidental purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis, but Envato’s support team will review your request.

Let me know if you need any further assistance!

I’ve been using Listify for many years, and only now have I discovered that the listing gallery images light box always shows “Image could not be loaded.” Looking at Inspect Network tab shows loading page for image, not just JPEG. When did this break and will it be fixed in an upcoming release? Thanks! https://imgur.com/a/z55BhP4

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your findings!

We’ve gone ahead and tested this option on our end by disabling Customize ▸ Listings ▸ Labels & Behavior ▸ Allow comments on gallery images, and we weren’t able to replicate the same issue. The only change we observed is that the gallery images now open in a lightbox on the listing page instead of redirecting — and the images load correctly as expected.

If you’re still experiencing the “Image could not be loaded” issue, we recommend either:

Submitting a support ticket via our helpdesk so we can investigate this more closely: https://astoundify.com/account/new-ticket

Or performing basic troubleshooting steps such as checking for plugin conflicts or reviewing your gallery and theme settings.

We’re happy to assist further once we receive more details.

Hello, Do we need to buy additional plugin for instance claim plugin and others? thanks

Hi there

Thank you for your question regarding additional plugins for the Listify theme.

The theme itself comes with all the essential features for listing creation and management. However, if you require extra functionality like claim listing or paid listings, then additional plugins will be needed. You can refer to the following page for more details on the plugins you might need based on your desired features:

Addon Bundle Plugins for Listify Theme

For example, the Claim Listing feature requires a specific plugin to enable users to claim their listings, and the Listings Payments feature can be achieved by integrating the appropriate plugin for payment processing.

Please review the list and let us know if you need any further assistance in setting up these features.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Currently, we do not have any plugins officially tested with our theme that support Pay Per View (PPC) functionality. However, I recommend looking for plugins that integrate well with WooCommerce and WP Job Manager, as this can be a good starting point for implementing PPC models. You may need to try out various options that are compatible with both WooCommerce and PPC features.

If you need further assistance, feel free to let me know!

Best regards, Brian

Presales question: Do you have ‘pay per view’/ppc as monetary option? I want to charge the clients based on how many times a listing was viewed in a month.

Hi there

Thank you for reaching out with your question about the Listify theme.

Currently, the Listify theme does not include a built-in pay-per-view (PPC) functionality for charging clients based on the number of views a listing receives in a month. This feature would require custom development or integrating a third-party app or plugin that supports PPC functionality.

If you’re interested in implementing this feature, we recommend working with a developer to create a solution that fits your needs, or exploring compatible apps or plugins that could integrate with your website.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance or have other questions regarding the theme’s functionality.

Thanks. Please name plugins which cover that and are compatible with your theme, as I haven’t found one but of course can only buy your theme if I am sure that it covers my needs.

bug report, Listify Child theme contains outdated copies of several WooCommerce templates. listify/woocommerce/content-product.php version 3.6.0. Core version is 9.4.0, listify/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 7.0.1. Core version is 9.2.0

Hi there,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

We’d like to clarify that WooCommerce occasionally releases updates for its templates, which may result in version differences from those in the Listify Child theme. However, these updates typically do not impact the functionality of the theme.

If you would like, we can assist you in updating the templates manually. To proceed, please create a ticket on our support platform and include the following details:

Access Credentials:

Provide temporary admin access to your site so we can review and make the necessary updates. Specific Requests:

If there are particular concerns or issues you’ve noticed due to the outdated templates, please include them in the ticket. Once the ticket is submitted, we’ll ensure the necessary updates are applied and verify everything is functioning smoothly.

Looking forward to assisting you further!

Are you aware the theme is not compatitble anymore with WooCommerce, which is a plugin that you must install in order for listify to work properly? When is the next update? Its been since May.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. We have not encountered any compatibility issues between the theme and WooCommerce on our end. To help us investigate further, could you please provide more details about the incompatibilities you’re experiencing?

Specifically, we would appreciate it if you could:

Share any error messages or issues you’re encountering. Include any relevant screenshots that might help illustrate the problem. Create a support ticket with this information so we can replicate the issue in your environment. Create a New Ticket
This will help us address the issue more efficiently and determine if a fix is necessary in the next update.

I saw your demo, I liked it a lot before buying. I looked in the comments and unfortunately I saw that you do not support calendar synchronization with airbnb, booking, etc., so basically for us who have properties on other platforms, even if we want to, we cannot buy your otherwise very good theme….if you add it in any of your upgrades, I will be happy to have a message.

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in our theme and for sharing your feedback!

Currently, our theme does not include calendar synchronization with platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com. Instead, we rely on the WooCommerce Bookings plugin to manage bookings. While this plugin provides robust booking capabilities, it does not support calendar syncing with external platforms at this time.

We completely understand how valuable this feature would be, and if we decide to integrate calendar synchronization in future updates, we will make sure to notify our users.

Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future. If you have any other questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out.

I would like to use it to create tours and experiences, is there a booking system for date and time slot? Is there a way to earn commissions on every booking?

Hey there,

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the Listify theme can be used as a directory theme for tours and experiences. However, for booking functionality with date and time slots, and for earning commissions on bookings, we recommend using third-party plugins.

To facilitate bookings, you can integrate the WooCommerce Bookings plugin, which works seamlessly with the Listify theme to manage tour bookings with specific date and time slots. Additionally, to handle commissions for each booking, the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin can be used, allowing you to earn commissions from bookings made on your site.

Both of these plugins are compatible with Listify and will provide the features you’re looking for.

Please let us know if you need further guidance on setting up these plugins or have any other questions!

Ugh. very longtime user of this theme and we also use FacetWP. Tired of all the “update required” notices we went about a project to update this theme, WP Job Manager and FacetWP… broke the site. Tunrs out Listify IS NO LONGER compatible with FacetWP. Brutal.

Hi there

Thank you for sharing the details. Based on our initial assessment, we believe there may be some incompatibility issues between the theme and the FacetWP plugin, which could be causing the issues you’re encountering.

In the meantime, we recommend checking this FacetWP guide to see if the issue aligns with any of the solutions provided there. Additionally, we advise consulting the FacetWP development team to confirm if this issue might be related to their plugin’s integration with the theme.

Please let us know if the guide helps or if you need further assistance, and we’ll continue to collaborate with the devs to find a resolution.

Hello,

We want to complete remove of the add photo’s as writing in the documents: https://kb.astoundify.com/article/591-remove-the-add-photos-link/ As we follow the instructions as followed, but still the link is there in the HTML code. How can we completedly remove the link? Example: view-source:https://www.dagje-uit-rotterdam.nl/dagjeuit-rotterdam/futureland/

Best regards,

Hello Nico,

We’ve checked the frontend of your single listing page, and it appears that the “Add Photos” button is no longer visible, so it seems you were able to hide it from view successfully. However, completely removing the link from the HTML code would require custom work, which goes beyond the scope of our standard support.

If you’d like assistance with this customization, we recommend consulting a developer to make these adjustments.

Hi, how come the imported content does not match what I see in the demo?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!
