I have been using Listify for the last 8 years, the support was excellent in the beginnging. Then the company got sold, and the support has been poor. What is worse, is that websites which so much time and energy have been left stranded as their plugins are not updated anymore and there are bugs. For example, Regions for WP Job Manager causes a bug. It is no longer possible to submit a listing or a job, it just creates a loop. It is very disappointing. I am having to get the plugins and themes edited privately as the support is non existent and I am not sure they even have developers working on it. Sad.
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. We understand your concerns regarding the change in support quality and the challenges you’ve faced with Listify, particularly with the Regions for WP Job Manager plugin.
We want to assure you that our support is still intact, and we deeply regret any instances where you felt unsupported. Your feedback is valuable, and we’re committed to addressing your concerns.
Regarding the issue with the Regions plugin causing a loop when submitting a listing or a job, we take this matter seriously. We kindly request you to share more details about the problem, and if possible, provide clear footage of the issue. This will help us in replicating the problem and forwarding it to our development team for thorough investigation.
We understand the importance of resolving such issues promptly, and your cooperation in providing additional details will assist us in delivering a more effective solution.
Once again, we apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused, and we appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution.
Thank you for your understanding.

Dear,
We are looking for a theme to build a listing website and your theme seems great to do so. We had several questions :
1) Do you provide separated views (the customers, the hotel) ?
2) Is the address of the book can be blurred/hidden until the booking is done (like Airbnb)?
3) Can we launch emails campaign based on action ? (For example someone that added to cart but did not purchase) If not can we link it to an email saas like klaviyo ?
4)Is is possible to have an option for the booking : “Request to Book” and “Instant Booking »?
5) Invoice systeme: can we have a detailed invoice (price of booking, services fees, margin of owner of the house, vat)
6) Reviews : is it possible to rate both hotel owner and the person that booked ?
7) For the paiement, is it set up that we can manage our commission on top of the price of the house’s owner ?
8 ) can we also manage the service fee charged to the customer that will book a room ? 9) is it compatible with Elementor pro ?
10) Do you provide custom service. If so what’s your hourly rate?
11) can we custom the filter research and add our own categories (ex: style of decoration : boho, modern, etc..)
Thanks for taking the time to read my message.
Have a great day.
Take care,
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out with your questions about our theme. Here are the responses to your inquiries:
- Separate Views: Unfortunately, separate views for customers and hotels are not possible with our theme. Views between the two user types are the same.
- Blurred/Hidden Address: Blurring/hiding the address section goes beyond the theme’s default functionality. This could be possible with visibility plugins or customizations.
- Email Campaigns: Campaign-based emails are not within the theme’s functionality. This requires custom work or an external plugin, possibly integrated with services like Klaviyo.
- Booking Options: The theme supports booking, but this is managed by the WooCommerce booking plugin and not the theme directly. You can have options like “Request to Book” and “Instant Booking.”
- Invoice System: The theme does not have an invoice management system. This can only be done externally via another plugin or custom work.
- Reviews and Ratings: The listing is the only one that is rated using the reviews plugin for WP Job Manager. Ratings for the person booking are not included.
- Payment Commissions: You would need to manage how your commissions are set within the WooCommerce Product Vendor plugin. Details can be found in the WooCommerce Product Vendors documentation.
- Service Fee: Management of the service fee should be included when setting up room charges. This is not done via Elementor but with the WooCommerce booking plugin.
- Compatibility with Elementor Pro: Yes, the theme is compatible with Elementor Pro but you will need the Elementify paid plugin to achieve full compatibility.
- Custom Services: We do not provide support for customizations. We recommend consulting a developer for any specific customization needs.
- Custom Filter Research: Customizing the filter research and adding your own categories, such as style of decoration, may require custom work or additional plugins.
Thank you for considering our theme. If you have further questions, feel free to ask.
Have a great day!

I am looking for a theme for an event classifieds site. I have several questions… Could you answer them?
1- I would like to know if on announcements it is possible to add a “Participate” button and make visible the number of participants for an announcement (an event) 2- Also is it possible to have categories and subcategories? For example: Categories > Sport and Subcategories > Football tournament 3- Is it possible to make advertisements free for associations and paid for for professionals?
I would like to invest in the theme but I need an answer first. Thank you so much
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in Listify. However, Listify is primarily designed as a listing directory theme, not specifically for event classifieds. If your main focus is on events, I recommend checking out our dedicated event theme, Eventify.
Here’s the demo link for Eventify: Eventify Demo
Feel free to explore the demo to see if it aligns with your requirements. If you have any specific questions about Eventify or need further clarification, please let me know.

I’m interested in this theme “eventify” but I’m not totally convinced by the demo and the documentation… I can’t find what I want…
1-Is everything modifiable? For example, once connected when I click on “Subscribe” on an event, I am asked for a lot of information that I don’t want… Once connected, I would like the visitor to be able to subscribe to the event. any event without asking for any information. Also when I subscribe to an event it does not appear in my account..
2-Can ad content and search pages be modified? Can we add any elements to the search forms?
3-Do you have more precise documentation or demo?
THANKS
in short, does eventify offer everything that listify offers (search by map, etc.)
Hi there,
Thank you for considering Eventify! We appreciate your interest. Here are some insights into your questions:
Modifiability:
Yes, Eventify is highly customizable. However, the subscription process might require some customizations. Once logged in, users typically can subscribe to events without much hassle, but the specific workflow may need adjustments based on your preferences. Subscription information capture is a built-in feature, but it can be tailored to your needs with some custom development. Events being visible in the user account after subscription usually aligns with the theme’s functionality. If this isn’t happening, we can investigate further. Customization of Ad Content and Search Pages:
Eventify, being based on Listify, provides a good level of customization for ad content and search pages. You can modify these pages to suit your requirements. Additional elements in the search forms might require custom development, but it’s feasible with the right adjustments. Documentation and Demo:
The documentation for Eventify is available here. It covers various aspects of theme setup, customization, and troubleshooting.
As for a more precise demo, you can explore the available demos on the Eventify demo page.
If you decide to go ahead with Eventify and encounter specific challenges during setup or customization, our support team is here to assist you. Feel free to reach out with any further questions or concerns.

Pre-purchase: Is There Any Way To Disable Map ? We Dont Need That
Hi there
Absolutely there are ways to which you can disable the Map in the listing page in case you do not need it.
Please let us know once you get the theme for further guidance. Thanks.
Can you create a website like the following with this theme without any code customization? : https://www.futuretools.io/
Hi there
Certainly! While our theme provides a robust foundation for creating feature-rich websites, replicating a site like Future Tools exactly may involve code customizations beyond the theme’s standard features.
Creating a website with such specific design and functionality typically requires tailored coding to meet your unique requirements. It’s important to note that extensive customizations, like those needed for the example site, are generally not covered within our standard support scope.
If you’re comfortable with coding or have a developer on hand, our theme offers the flexibility to achieve a wide range of designs. If you have specific questions or need guidance on certain customizations, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist!
Best regards,
Good morning,
I saw that you offered a theme + plugins pack for $79 for a site. Already having the Listify theme, could I benefit from this offer with support for the Listify theme and not Recite https://astoundify.com/pricing/?utm_source=header?
Good morning,
Thank you for reaching out. The theme + plugins pack you mentioned is indeed a great offer. I’d like to clarify that the offer is for a different theme on our website, not Listify.
If you’re interested in exploring this other theme, we have a demo for you to check out: Theme Demo.
This theme comes with its own set of features and possibilities. If you have any questions or need further information about this alternative theme, feel free to ask.
Best regards,
Seriosly? I can’t create an account nor have any demo credentials from yourside to test the vendors dashboard. and I found myself that I bought this before. are you going to solve this and provide access or a solution or should I proceed with my honest rating here?
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding access to the vendors’ dashboard in our Listify theme demo.
To clarify, the functionality allowing vendors to manage products within Listify is achieved through the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin. Please note that the demo currently doesn’t include this plugin, as it is an additional feature for users who wish to enable vendor capabilities.
If you would like to experience the vendor dashboard and allow listing owners to submit and manage their products, you can install the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin. This extension provides vendors with a limited WordPress backend access to manage their products seamlessly.
We apologize for any confusion, and we value your feedback. If you have further questions or if there’s anything specific you’d like assistance with, please let us know. We’re here to help ensure you have a positive experience with our theme.

Hello. I interested to purchase this theme. I have a few questions before that. Can I use this theme only to create business introductions?(we have not shoping anythings) Is the database of this theme responsible for 6 thousand business creations? Is it possible to create paid plans for users? Both visiting users and advertiser user ? Does it have the ability to connect to the SMS system for user authentication? Is it possible to create a Visa and Master payment gateway?
Hi there.
Thank you for your interest in our theme! I’d be happy to answer your questions:
Business Introductions: Yes, you can use this theme to create business listings without an e-commerce component. It’s flexible and can suit various business directory needs.
Database Capacity: The database capacity primarily depends on your hosting provider rather than the theme. The theme can handle as many listings as your hosting provider allows.
Paid Plans for Users: Yes, you can create paid plans for listing owners using additional plugins like “Listing Payments” and WooCommerce. These plugins enhance the theme’s capabilities for monetizing your directory.
SMS System for User Authentication: The theme itself doesn’t provide SMS authentication functionality. However, you can explore third-party plugins that integrate with WordPress to add this feature.
Visa and Master Payment Gateway: Payment gateways, including Visa and MasterCard, are managed by WooCommerce. Once you have WooCommerce installed and configured, you can use various payment gateways that it supports.
If you have any more questions or if there’s anything else I can assist you with, feel free to let me know!Kind Regards,

Is there a way to get a mobile app equivalent to this WP theme? I already have Listify and want a real app (same content as the website). I saw this – https://codecanyon.net/item/listify-business-directory-ios-native-app-with-wordpress-backend/23150010 and realized it is a different author.
Hi,
As of now, Listify theme does not have a native mobile app. However, there are platform tools and services available that can help you convert your website into a web app, providing a mobile-friendly experience for your users.
The link you shared, https://codecanyon.net/item/listify-business-directory-ios-native-app-with-wordpress-backend/23150010, appears to be the same product abut sold by another merchant. It’s essential to note that you should purchase our themes directly from themeforest only.
If you are specifically looking for a mobile app equivalent to Listify, you might want to explore custom development options or inquire with developers who specialize in creating mobile apps based on WordPress themes.
If you have further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist you with, please feel free to let me know.

With the Restrict content pro plugin, can i restrict the full view of a property that they would like to see, so they first need the subscription from Restrict content pro?
Hi there,
I appreciate your question regarding the Restrict Content Pro plugin. However, I should clarify that our theme doesn’t have a direct integration with Restrict Content Pro to restrict the full view of a property until a user has a subscription.
As of now, our theme can’t automatically connect with Restrict Content Pro to enforce such restrictions based on subscriptions. However they can restrict the content you want. If you want to restrict access to specific property content, you may need to do so manually using the Restrict Content Pro settings once a user subscribes.
If you have further questions or need assistance with this setup, please feel free to ask. We’re here to help.

I have no idea why I can’t edit the front page with elementor. it gives an error “you must call ‘the content’ in the current template, in order for elementor to work on this page. Please advise.
Hello,
It seems you’re encountering an issue with editing the front page using Elementor. This error often occurs when the template of the page is not set to Elementor Full Width.
To resolve this, you can follow these steps:
Edit the page with Elementor. In the Page Attributes box on the right side, ensure that the template is set to “Elementor Full Width.” If you continue to face this issue, it’s a good idea to ensure you’re using the latest versions of WordPress, Elementor, and the theme itself.
Additionally, to fully utilize the theme’s elements with Elementor, you might want to consider adding the Elementify plugin to your website. This will make it easier to integrate the theme’s elements into your Elementor pages.
If you encounter any further issues or have more questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.

1. Can businesses respond to the reviews posted ? eg : a business claims a listing , then they want to reply to negative reviews.
2. Can business appeal reviews ? so that site owner can check and remove it if its a fake review
This is the business model of trustpilot.
Hello,
Thank you for your questions.
Yes, business owners can respond to reviews that are posted on their listings. They can leave responses to address feedback, whether positive or negative.
However, we currently do not have an appeal feature for reviews. Reviews are typically moderated by the site owner or administrators to ensure authenticity and adherence to guidelines.
If you have any more questions or need further clarification, please feel free to ask.

Hi,
Can I show listings for a specific location for their category, like www.abc.com/category/location/
AND
Listing dedicated page www.abc.com/category/location/Listing-Title
Is it possible ?
Hi there,
Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, the theme doesn’t support this specific URL structure where listings are displayed based on both category and location directly in the URL, like www.abc.com/category/location/. However, there is an alternative approach you can consider.
You can utilize the regions plugin which offers the option to organize listings based on regions in a taxonomy-like manner. This allows you to categorize listings by location, and visitors can access listings within a specific region by navigating to URLs like www.abc.com/region/location/ or similar, using the plugin’s taxonomies.
While it doesn’t provide the exact structure you mentioned, it offers a practical solution for organizing listings based on regions. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask.
Best regards,
Brian from Astoundify.
Hello, Is there an option to show ‘open/close now’ on each of the listings in the grid on listings category pages? Based on opening hours of each listing. Thanks
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out with your question.
At the moment, the “open/close now” feature for listings within the grid on category pages is not a built-in option. However, this is an interesting idea and something that might be achieved through custom development work.
If you have a developer or are comfortable with coding, this could be a feasible project to undertake. Alternatively, you may want to consult with a developer to discuss the specifics of your requirements and get an estimate for the work involved.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask.

Hi there
Thank you for your interest in the Listify theme.
Apparently the Listify version does not offer a mobile app version. It is only built to be supported on WordPress CMS as for now.

I’ve submitted a ticket
Hi there,
We went ahead and responded to your ticket.
Thanks,
I am a purchaser of Listify, but support has not been responding to my tickets. After the search results page Toggle Filters are set on mobile, the site doesn’t stay horizontally fixed in the viewport when scrolling, instead, it can move left to right, showing white gaps to the left or right of the content: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/21214456?key=b080eb24c26619469f392d01ea8d9a80
This also makes it very hard to use any swipe interaction on banner/sliders…
I TRIED THIS BUT IT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE HELPING:
html, body { width: 100%; overflow-x: hidden !important; }
Hello,
I apologize for the inconvenience you’ve been experiencing with Listify, and I appreciate your patience.
To address the issue you’ve described with the mobile view and horizontal scrolling, you can try adding the following CSS code to your theme’s custom CSS or your child theme’s stylesheet:
@media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
body {
overflow-x: hidden !important;
}
}
If this does not work kindly try this one:
.page-template.page-template-page-templates.page-template-template-archive-job_listing.page-template-page-templatestemplate-archive-job_listing-php.page.page-id-1259.theme-listify.woocommerce-js.template-archive-job_listing.unboxed.fixed-header.directory-fields.color-scheme-radical-red.footer-dark.listify.listify-317.fixed-map.fixed-map--right.wp-job-manager.wp-job-manager-regions.wp-job-manager-reviews.wp-job-manager-claim-listing.wp-job-manager-listing-payments.wp-job-manager-listing-labels.wp-job-manager-extended-location.woocommerce.tgmpa.ratings.listify-radical-red.listify-child.wp-job-manager-categories-enabled.wp-job-manager-categories-multi-enabled.job-manager-archive.wp-job-manager-categories-only.elementor-default.elementor-kit-110.elementor-page.elementor-page-1259.elementor-page-152.elementor-page-145.elementor-page-143.e--ua-appleWebkit.e--ua-mac.e--ua-safari.e--ua-webkit {
overflow-x: hidden !important;
}
This code targets screens with a maximum width of 768 pixels (typical mobile device width) and should prevent horizontal scrolling on mobile devices. While the second one targets the template from elementor and does not focus on the device width.
Please add this CSS code, and let us know if it resolves the issue. If you continue to experience any problems or have further questions, feel free to reach out. We’re here to assist you.

There is also problems with the amount of time taken to render business listing page from menu and using a back link: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/21317282?key=7d34751b6e3882b7846e2422300513b4 AND https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/21317108?key=373d67f4357dccbfbc3cb9bb4527ebf1
Hi there,,
Well noted, apparently this is an issue that our devs team are working to see if they can find a solution for. Meanwhile if we get any feedback we will let you know.
Thanks.
How long have you been working to fix the issue? What is the expected timeframe for a solution?
Also the categories dropdown menu in the header does not scroll and display all the categories similar to that under the listing template: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/21338864?key=b6c4595c2e01bca02baa980778fe9690
Hi there
I have gone ahead and added a functionality to scroll the categories on the header menu. Kindly go ahead and check this from your end. As for the other issue, we do not have a timeframe or ETA to when this can be resolved but once we get an update we will let you know. If you still want to have this implemented sooner we may recommend you consult a developer familiar with PHP coding to assist you.
Meanwhile, if you have any other questions please let us know. Thanks
Thanks for fixing the categories dropdown scroll. What about the original issue of the horizontal movement of the search results page?
With the categories dropdown, you have to ensure that the dropdown menu area fits the menu items: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/21355820?key=6371b4a346527fdb7a1be603ab7ca759
Hey there,
Thanks for getting back to us.
In relation to your reply here, based on the checks I have made the drop-downs are being defined using the same class, thus changing one to have a specific height does affect the rest. I have gone ahead and removed the specific height code to make sure that it fits within its own height. Please note that having the category to have different heights with the scroll feature would require customizations to achieve and for that, we can recommend consulting a developer at services@xtendify.com as they would be able to help.
Looking forward to helping you. Please do let us know if we can be of further help.
Kind Regards Brian From Astoundify Support
None of my three queries were resolved. Having dropdown menus that scroll and fix the content of the menu items should be a standard feature of a WordPress theme, so also should be having a search page results that does not dance about the mobile viewport and also being able to use the back arrow to render the previous page of the search results without having it going into an indefinite loop. I need these matters to be resolved ASAP.

Hi there, I would like to know if your theme is able to do the following:
“TeachSwap” serves as a digital hub for teachers desiring a change of scene. Here’s how it works:
Sign Up: Teachers register, entering their school, subject, and years of experience.
Preferences: They set their desired location, grade level, and other specifics. For instance, a New York math teacher might target a switch to California.
Matchmaking: Using these details, “TeachSwap” identifies potential swaps.
Notification & Payment: When a match is detected, both parties are informed. To proceed, each pays a fee to “TeachSwap” to facilitate the exchange.
Connect: Post-payment, both teachers engage privately, deliberating finer details and next steps.
“TeachSwap” transforms the often arduous process of job relocation into a streamlined experience, making position exchanges seamless while ensuring a secure platform for educators seeking new horizons.
Hello there,
Thank you for your interest in the Listify theme.
Listify is primarily designed as a directory and listing WordPress theme, intended for creating websites where users can list and discover businesses, services, job listings, or any other form of directory-style content. While Listify provides robust features for creating and managing listings, it may not inherently support the specific functionality described in your inquiry.
The scenario you’ve outlined for “TeachSwap” involves a complex system for job swapping, matchmaking, payments, and communication between users. While Listify can serve as a foundation for such a platform, achieving this level of functionality would require significant custom development, including the integration of custom user registration and matching systems, payment gateways, and more.
Listify can provide a framework for creating a directory-based website where users can list their teaching services or schools, and it includes options for location-based search and user profiles. However, the specific features you’ve described would likely need to be implemented through custom development or by integrating third-party plugins tailored to your requirements.
If you are interested in creating a platform like “TeachSwap,” I recommend consulting with a web developer or development team who can assess your needs and build a custom solution that aligns with your vision. They can also advise on integrating Listify into your project where applicable.
If you have any more questions or need further clarification about Listify’s features or capabilities, please feel free to ask. We’re here to assist with any theme-related inquiries you may have.
Best regards,
Brian From Astoundify Support
