Hello ! I love the Magician WPT ! But I have some questions : Can I integrate audio fils in “WORK”? It works already for video fils, isn’t it?

And I’m obligate to use the display screen behind the pictures in WORKS?

The Home : Can I remove the entry bloc placed directly on the video (in full video version) ? And show the menu bar always below the video, fit to all resolutions?

This is the worst theme I have ever used. It makes no sense and is so hard to use for anyone who know how to develop websites. Don’t buy it.

How can i add the icons to my nav menu that is the boxes under the large box in the home page? Also I’m not understanding how to make the home page one long page. Every time i click a page it takes me to another page, not scrolls down the home page. Please explain, i cant find it in documentation either of these questions. Thanks

Have now contacted support twice now through there support contact page, the first time two weeks ago and am still awaiting a response.. I want to load the demo content but can’t seen get it to load from anywhere or get any help on this.. Are these guys ever going to reply…!!! Beware before you buy guys….!!!!!!

What a crappy theme! No documentation and no forum (404 not found). Required plugins make the template bugs. Above all, it’s really hard to modify for developpers. 4 years doing Wordpress and I dont get shit.

I am unhappy with this theme. I have attempted to contact the developer for support, with no reply. The parallex effect does not work, the image alignment is wrong and it duplicates itself. I am requesting a refund.

I can not find my licence number. Where can I find my serial number? I bought the regular $ 40. I would like to active, but I can not find the serial number?

I just bought this theme and this is the message error I have after trying to install it:

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

Please let me know if there is a solution. I also didn´t see the same demo content on my downloaded folders, as the instructions state.

How to remove the Google map ? When removed the design gets corrupted !

I too have had issues with this theme. I moved on and purchased a different theme. I have had questions in this team’s support forums go unanswered. I see many unanswered questions in the forums.

Issues I have with this theme:

1. “Parallax Area” dividers are not centering vertically.

2. Can’t change the icons on the 5 buttons on home page.

3. Can’t add logos for social media (Instagram and Sound Cloud) on home page or team members.

4.When adding a “service list” theres no option to not have a button.

5. No option to add logo to home page instead of falling text.

6. Logo on menu bar looks awful, small and smushed.

7. When I select a category above the gallery (other than show all). Nothing shows even though their are images matching tagged with that category.

8. When I add a new row to the Syropress builder, how do I get that to show up in my menus? When I click the menu I want in the Syropress builder it gives this error: Parse Error in data returned from server toggle”

Do you realize how frustrating it is when this site should already be live, but its just stupid little bugs that are holding up the launch!!! Please fix or give workarounds for these issues. I’m not sure if you’re familier with how most designers on this site work, but usually questions are answered promptly and when someone posts on your forum you’re supposed respond to their question with a fix. Several of these issues have been posted in your forum weeks ago and you offered no help to your customers! come on! I want a refund! I need a professional website, not half a site! and can I also get a check for all the time I already spent working on this site!
