The documentation is clunky, and mostly outdated/not relevant to the current state of the theme. One of the included “required” plugins is the wrong plug in, you’ll need to download the actual plugin the theme documentation recommends and not use the one they include—it’s completely different, whole different company and developer.
I haven’t encountered something so tough I needed to use their Support system yet so I dunno how responsive they are over there. But if you’re lookin’ at buying this theme get ready for a real headache.
Really, most of the documentation is about a different theme entirely and doesn’t directly apply to this theme. It’s got a bunch of outdated documentation. Best of luck everyone.

Is it possible when clicking on “L’Equipe” to have the scroll effect like “Contact” or “Champagnes”. The effect is a bit different, just after clicking on “l’Equipe” there is no scroll, can you solve it please. Regards. Franck

I am having an issue with my website theme. For some reason the purchase code removed itself from the settings inside my website. I have re-enetered the purchase code and username however i keep getting an error saying theme verification error. I am using the purchase code that is inside my themeforest account for the magician theme and also entering the username tianabrooke.
What is the issue? My business website is completely broken without that code as the builder has disappeared.

Demo isn’t loading properly, love the theme though, look at your video version the parallax images appear to be boxed in width and don’t go from edge to edge.
I love this theme and have built a site with it but I am now having the same problem your demo theme is having… My parallax images appear to be boxed although nothing is set to be boxed… Looks horrible. Please advise, I did purchase and would love to use this theme but what gives? I just tried reinstalling and rebuilding the site piece by piece and yet again something happened, and now my almost perfect ready to launch site looks like crap. If I can’t get this working I will not be using this theme.

Sorry for my English! It does not work download demo data. By clicking on the button “Import Demo Data” browser hangs for 5-10 seconds and an error 502 Bad Gateway nginx / 1.8.1 How else can download demo data?

Absolut worst support I have ever had..!I made an request about 3 weeks ago and didn’t get any feedback until today. I’m working on a project with this theme and I have to finalize it. Its incredible how people like that can survive and even get money from people like me who buy’s a theme.

We’re migrating our Magician site to another server and all of the Theme Options aren’t appearing (the SpyroPress builder). All of our other WP migrations have gone across perfectly, it’s just this 1 theme’d site that isn’t operating after the move.

I’m two months in queue apparently. Ridiculous support really..
The design is nice. That is all I give them right now. You guys waste less time converting their html version to a WP theme, then buying this and waiting for fixes. Even the latest version has MAJOR bugs, that as you see from other comments and mine as well, their support..

Their awful support make me crazy on page builder have errors. i wrote some id to the row and when save and refresh to page my id no have there!!!!
