Yes! You can use this theme but you have to use third party donation plugin for that, By default WooCommerce do not support donations.

in Eye Glass theme when you add an item to the card, nothing happens and you cannot see the items that added to the basket. I checked also the demo version, it was same issue.

I don’t know the updates you guys made recently but it has ruined this beautiful theme. The pictures and icons are not fully optimized. All the icons don’t show any more. I have to be manually updating it. Please find a solution ASAP!

There is no optimization setting on my theme!

You made an update that ruined a beautiful theme. Now the mobile view of my site is all scattered.

We checked our theme many time and we do not have any issue because of the update. You may did something wrong or the server is creating issue. Without proper checking we can not say what is the issue. Roll back to previous version of the theme and open a support ticket here http://support.xpeedstudio.com/ so that we can check and solve your issue.

Hi I am unable to login to XpeedStudio support. I have tried these three options: 1. Earlier I was logging in using my evanto account. But now this option ‘login using evanto’ is not getting displayed. 2. When I try to create a new account it says the account already exists. 3. I tried to change my password by clicking on ‘forgot password’. It says that a link has been sent on the email id. but I have not received any link on my email id. I need to reach out to support for urgent help. Kindly help me with this issue.

I opened a support ticket 7 days – I have been in conversation with Rak ib. and I am told that “Please allow us some time we are checking your issue” – This is not good enough I need to know when ??

I am using Marketo (version 2.9) with my marketplace but the search bar doesn’t work, I tried to deactivate the plugins, clear the database/cache, update woocommerce and other things. Can it be a problem of update of theme?
