Hi, I used your Native template but the support has expired. After updating the WP and PHP version the site doesn’t work anymore. I also can’t update WpBakery as it asks me for the license. Do I need to renew my license to get help?

Hello I have a problem with your theme on woocommerce I create a variable product and I set the picture, description, price for each variation, everything is ok until this step, but when I add a sale price for any variation something goes wrong and the signle product page doesn’t load except the custom header with the product name

I just purchased Native Theme. Installed Wordpress, uploaded theme & child theme, uploaded plugins. Now trying to use Demo Import on #15, and nothing happens. I get the Install Demo Content popup, I say “YES”, and nothing happens. I’ve tried it over 10 times. Can you help? Thanks

PS – this is my 3rd Native theme install, and this has not happened before.

Anyone else having issues with “full-width” sections/settings since version 1.6.4? All of my full-width elements are now “boxed”. Thanks!
I think I found the issue for anyone else who has this. In this file: inc>loop>components>layout.php. The function for layout_width is missing the “_width” by the $page variable.

Hi team. I am updating my website made with Native. I upgraded the php version to 8.0 but the visual composer doesn’t work also the website has display problems. How can I proceed to upgrade? Should I buy a new license and replace the theme in the “themes” folder? Will my child theme still work?

There is no need to buy a new license. Please check the instruction on how to update the theme here. Now I only have one problem, the “portfolio” section doesn’t work anymore. The pages are published, from the backend I see all the content but from the home page (and in preview mode) I display 404 error.

I was just going to edit the child theme functions.php and realized there isn’t one. Is this something you plan on creating in the future? I don’t want to break the child theme by creating my own if I can avoid it.

Hello, I am trying to disable Google Fonts. I have standard or custom fonts assigned everywhere that I have previously uploaded. Also, I have included and configured the plugin OMGF and OMGF pro, cleared the cache several times but still I get the hint with different Google Font checkers:
