Hello, thanks for your interest. Your questions are very broad actually: we only provide support for the wordpress theme and plugins. Generally speaking, you need a basic computer, a software to broadcast or record your podcasts and upload the mp3 files to a streaming provider like radio.co or similar, then link the stream (which is a URL) top your website using the provided player. So yes, you need a streaming service, a hosting service, and a little bit of equipment. There are lots of interesting tutorials online like these

I just installed it again this year, and on trying to activate it, it said:
“Error: your purchase code is already in use on another website, contact our helpdesk to reissue the license.”
I cannot remember on what website I used this theme in the past. I want to uninstall it from that hosting account and use it afresh on my new domain and hosting account.
I would love for you to determine on which website my code is in use, so that I can take that website down and use the purchase code where I currently wish to use it.

The only case where a license can be changed of domain is when you’re moving from a local or staging subdomain, to a public domain, but this doesn’t seem to apply to your current change.

Hi there, Is it possible to create a homepage with a row of station logos, where clicking a logo starts that station’s stream in the same main sticky player? And is the player compatible with Icecast/Shoutcast streams, or would customization be required?
I have experience with WPBakery, and I see this is supported by the theme. However, would you recommend using Elementor instead, considering the demos and the way the theme’s functions work?

After updating elementor, is NORMAL that your site will stay loading a lot, like 4-5 minutes, since it requires a massive database update. just let it run… regards

Just in case someone is seeing this. We talked by email with the support and we managed to find a solution (they were very reactive and removed the old stuck license). And no, I’m not dumb like the user here is implying, I know I don’t have the right to install it on 2 websites … There was a problem with the license system that was used with the temporary (off-line work) website. Now, fortunately, the problem is solved (and only ONE website is installed, of course). Next step would be to try and learn how to deal things publicly without implying things like this …

We have an error here. We only bought this theme because of the player. Unfortunately, your player is not working properly when navigating the menu or even where there is a link. It is an app that replicates the website. Webapp. It only fails in iOS version 18.3.1. The Android version and the Web site work fine.
I have purchased 2 Onair2 licenses so I don’t know which one you are checking. In both sites, although they are different streaming sites, the same thing happens in the App.
I would like to know if any modification can be made so that it works correctly. Thank you.
I think the issue is a timeout, or can also be caused by a power saving of the device. My suggestion is: try from another device of the same OS, see if still happens. Then if still happens, try making in the web app a very basic HTML page (hidden) with an HTML 5 Audio tag, linked to the streaming URL and see if it works.
The player itself is a graphic interface for a basic Audio tag, there is no strange manumission or redirect, so if it doesn’t work in the website, the problem is on the specific device or in the stream which takes long to load.
BTW I’ve checked a religious radio website with 2 channels (without mentioning the link). Very elegant the design!!
Thanks for the reply. I have indeed performed all the tests you mentioned: different devices, a simple HTML5 player with the MP3 link. The error persists. In the browser of the iOS 18.3.1 device it works fine. The problem only occurs in the WebApp. There may be a restriction that did not exist before.
