So from what I saw the problem and only update the visual composer , and something you can do easily , the cost of support and greater than the key visual composer . They could do this please to have avoid this cost.

Woocommerce has updated to 2.5 and the theme is no longer compatible on the cart and checkout. It’s displaying proceed to checkout and the available payment options twice. It also doesn’t support the ticket box on same shipping and billing address. Are you going to update your support to the latest woocommerce?
