- Do you provide demo content to import with images?
- Does My account has details like, customer order history, track orders, reset password, billing and shipping address, CC details etc, and what other information is their about customer.
- With products, can I design based on “color”, size, shape? Can I have it like drop down on the side, saying shop by these options… Something like this http://prntscr.com/a560kg. This feature is very important for me to purchase this theme, as I am selling one product with different range/category/color/shape etc.
- What is your support like (response time).

In latest version, we update one click to install sample as demo and update comment of woocommerce files as woocommerce 2.5.2 asked. you need not update anything at this time, Mate.

Hello Sir, I purchased this theme. But I cant download “one click sample data” from tools -wpo import, according to your youtube tutorial. Because “Wpo import ” option is not available in this theme.

Really disappointed with this themes customer support.
I have asked for something that they advertise is customisable with the ‘Live Theme Editor’ and for some reason I can customise some things on their and not others, and therefore they stay as the default from the demo.
And then I get very rudely told to go and hire my own developers and ‘Have fun with my developer” because they wouldn’t change it for me.
The support forum is shocking, you can’t find a solution on there because they just tell everyone to email them, if they posted the solutions on the forum then they wouldn’t have as many emails to answer as people could sort the problems out for themselves! So therefore they must be inundated with emails from unhappy customers. Plus they wouldn’t be able to post on the forum because everything they reply is sarcastic and rude, and even got my back up after a couple of emails with them. Please note that emails also take from 2 – 3 working days because of this.
I honestly don’t know what to do with this theme, it’s pretty much useless, unless they can help me, it glitches in weird ways and I can’t get it to work and I’m not a novice either.
I need genuine help with this theme.

Hey, lets get one thing clear. I never asked for you to do any customisation to my site, I asked where I make the changes as I had previously changed the colours on the site and all had changed but the shopping cart icon and some text, then standing out from the rest of the site. I also wanted to know how to decide what appears in the drop down menu to the left of the search bar, all of these are described as editable and therefore you should really inform me. I was extremely polite and supplied you with screen shots and details on what was wrong. You took forever getting back and took three emails to ask for different things when you could have sent one and cut out three days of waiting in the process. Your replied with things like “On our demo site that have grey too so that is not our problem” “We think you do not need to take care too much about it” “You are so funny on there.” I can only assume that whoever replies to your email speaks English as a second language because as a business owner I can tell you that you should go above and beyond to fulfil your clients needs. Instead I got sarcastic replies.
If you are looking to buy this theme, bare in mind that if you want to change a few colours on your site, you will be able to change some however because there is an issue with the theme the colours won’t change everywhere they should. Unfortunately they won’t help you with that. They also won’t help you with the drop down search menu in the search box.
I want to hide/replace top header (SHOPPING CART) section. Please let me know in which file i can find that?
I don’t want to show shopping cart on header if you got me?
