We replied to all of your tickets. I know there can be delay in handling tickets, but we will handle all of them. We hired more people to do support and we need time to train them. We would appreciate if you can consider changing your rating as we put lot of effort in developing this theme, updating it and providing support.

I gave up on the theme. Love the design, but I stopped the project. Can’t wait 10 days for support to deal with issues. I’m migrating the client to a different theme. I will probably check this theme in the future if support get better, but not now. Downgrading the rating as well.

Ticket numbers #227457 & #226794 please. Both the tickets are for the same issue. All I need to know is how do I create a working anchor link from one of the main menu or second level menu item. I always use http://domain.net.au/services/#1 / added to a custom link menu item then simply add this anchor id <a id="1"></a> to where I want link to go. Somehow, with Subway, it goes to the page where the link is but does not go to the exact spot. It’s goes on the top of the page. If I add this anchor <a id="1"></a> to the text in some of the elements, everything disappears. So what I did that I added a text block just above the element where I want the link to land and added some text and <a id="1"></a> as an anchor link. But it does not go to the link. It goes on the top of the parent page.

Just curious – how do I prevent Subway from forcing it’s colours on tables. I just purchased WPBakery Easy Tables plugin and it wouldn’t let me choose it’s colours. Theme is dictating it’s main colour.

PLEASE HELP Config = WordPress 3.9.1 + Subway theme, no other plugin Since we have updated WordPress to 3.9.1 version, the toolbar of the visual composer is missing! The tinymce buttons are hidden. No more wysiwyg editor, even the text in the visual tab of the modal window editing text is white. What can we do?

This is urgent – I cannot format the text in the theme at all. No gaps between paragraphs can be created.
I can’t even tell how disappointing one can be when such basic stuff cannot be achieved.

So you acknowledge there is a bug and instead of fixing it…. There are three people on the same page here complaining about the same issue and for some reason you are shying away from posting the solution. I guess because there is none.
I was trying to look in the support forum for the ticket #226624 (the one that cmarch opened exactly with the same issue) but it was private. Would you be able to post the solution here? It will take you a second since it would a copy/paste operation.
And it goes without saying that experience with support as bad enough to stay away from this theme for future projects. It has the potential, but support makes it impossible to use with serious projects.

Will the text issue be fixed or is there a fix for it yet? Text formatting does NOT work. I’ve posted about this previously.

Guys, it’s getting out of hand. I can;t wait for days for replies to simple questions in support area. It;s not a secret majority of people here trying to do business, and to have such support is extremely disappointing.
I understand that support is not guaranteed on envato, and the quality of your answers is pretty good, but the response time is in very bad.

I have commented here before and with the utmost respect I need to comment again. Whilst I appreciate the difficulties of supply and demand, and I have been politely thankful (genuinely thankful) for all the responses you have made. But it appears you have simply provided more than you are genuinely capable of supporting. Waiting 6-9 days for a response is one thing, waiting for that length of time after providing access details you requested is another. Then to be told you could not log in with the details provided. Less than an hour after that comment I responded with a successful login using the details supplied. Now yet another day goes by. My currently live Ticket is #216460. I sincerely have sympathy for your workload, but I need to state that if I attempted to run my business with this lack of response to my clients I simply would not have a business. I am truly sorry but I simply cannot work this way. Please therefore arrange for a full refund and I will attempt to work with another supplier who can provide the support promised. Thank you for the reply. I have had a response from support (finally) and they quite patronisingly stated the obvious and simple correction I could have made via CSS. However because it has taken this response to get anywhere and the fact that the ticket was mistakenly opened as a private ticket, I am pasting my response here, so you can also read it. I do not appreciate the tone of the response, or the patronising manner of stating that a simple CSS change has cured the problem. IT HAS NOT. Here is my response to their comment:

However if you would please actually read the history of the problem – I am well aware of the CSS amendment and perfectly capable of doing this. However as I said before even after correcting it, if I re-enable the side area the top margin dissappears even further. Which I have just done. Please take another look ?NOW.
Please do not patronise me further by suggesting the fault is with CSS. It is obviously somewhere in the code I highlighted in this post over a week ago i.e. something to do with enabling or disabling the side area. I have just enabled the side area and magically lost even further top margin without altering the CSS at all.

Is there a way to change the image of the Logo when the page is scrolled? Right now the image just decreases in size when the page is scrolled down, I was wondering if it’s possible to remove a portion of the logo or load another image or something.

We are doing our best to handle tickets as fast as possible, but this week we got about 150 tickets each day and we have capacity to handle between 100 and 120 tickets per day. Sorry for delay.
You need to do that with custom CSS. You have to embed font via font-face and to override our font settings with custom CSS. I recommend doing that using child theme, so you can easily save you custom work when updating main theme in the future.
