Thanks for writing in! The product pages are generated dynamically by WooCommerce. Head over to your site admin area > in the left sidebar menu click on the Products link > check with the existing products or create a new one.

The language switcher is a menu widget available only after you install WPML or Polylang. You have to configure one of these plugins and then place the switcher widget into your Header menu.

Video autoplay is disabled on mobile phones by default. This is something that is not in our control right now. You need to use a fallback image instead.

The mega menu on rakocontrols.com site is custom built. Building such a menu with Sway is not possible with the current theme options. You can do it only by overwriting the theme default styles and menu structure.

Hey, I have a couple of pre-purchase questions if that’s okay.
1. I don’t like the scroll on the demos. They seem to scroll too fast. Would there be a way to change that?
2. Is the theme Elementor compatible?
3. A couple of themes I purchased in the past just got thrown under the bus by the developer. And it caused a lot of trouble. Could you assure me this would be supported (updates) for about 2-3 years at least? I’d love some assurance there.

1) This is because we have a lot of them. But you can access them from the main menu or you can filter them by search. The search field is also available on the backend when importing the demo content.
2) The theme is not compatible with Elementor. You can check out the compatibility section from the product page for more info about that.
3) If you check out our public portfolio you will see that all of our products are regularly updated. Some of them are themes older than 3 years and still up to date. More than that, because Sway is our latest and best product so far, we plan to include new features too in our updates, not just bug fixes and maintenance ones.

For some reason now this and some other pages, on which I previously saw errors, are displayed correctly. But yesterday there were errors, even in incognito mode and when resetting the cache. I’m using Win 10 and latest Chrome

The theme doesn’t include GDPR functionality. You need to install an external plugin for that. We haven’t tested any plugins of this type, however our support team can help out and fix any compatibility issues.
