It’s a regular Google Maps. If I’m not mistaking multiple locations feature is supported by it.

There’s a set of pre-made fields that you can enable/disable. Extending it will be quite challenging. Therefore we recommend using Contact Form 7 if you need something more sophisticated.

No problem 
1. I installed Visual Composer and Revolution Slider. I created a slider with 2 banners and added the shortcode to the frontpage/homepage. However, the slider should be displayed in the header section below the main nav menu. Where do I enable the Revolution Slider in the “header options”? I looked in Theme Options. 2. I added social media icons in the top menu but Instagram is not included. It shows fb, twitter, g+ and dribble (I want to remove dribble). I want Instagram and pinterest, stumbleupon added.

1. Each page/post has a header options section where you can choose a Slider Revolution for header.
2. “fb, twitter, g+ and dribble (I want to remove dribble).” You are talking about share buttons in posts/projects. Not about ” media icons in the top menu”. There’s no share button for “Instagram” in existence. And if you want to remove the dribble, you can do it via Theme Options > Share Buttons interface.
1. There are 2 banners on “quantumspiralhealingDOTcom”. Could you tell me how to remove the banner overlaying the smaller banner? What do I change in slider revolution settings? The larger one is the original size and in Revolution Slider > slide editor > main background > Source settings, I added “original size” and “background fit” percentage—see http://tinypic.com/r/ehj1ag/9
2. There is no Dribble in Theme Options > Share Buttons interface.

Hi, I’m planning to buy new theme licenses while it is discounted in price for future personal use.
But the thing is, I would start that work 2-3 months from now. And the support will be half way done by that time.

You don’t need to “suspend the support clock” We never refuse help even when support period is expired. The only possible reason for support refusal is continuous support abuse.

Just grab a slider from a “New Landing Page” and use it as a template for your own slider 
But where does your background image from? I mean the mountains and the moving clouds. Furthermore which slide do I use? Revolutionslider? Where I just grad a slider from a New Landing Page. It’s not clear for me.
My bad, misunderstood you. That is Slider Revolution. In your WordPress admin panel navigate to The7 > Pre-made Websites and locate the Full Demo. Uncheck every checkbox except “Import slider(s)” and hit “Import” button. Couple of sliders will be imported. One that you’re looking for will be one of them.
Hi, a friend of mine bought a second license for The7. Now, she does not need it any more. Is she allowed to give the license key to one of her friends? I am not sure about this, I only read about using the theme on my own page and pages for clients. Thanks for your short response. Sophie

Hello, Im moving my site to another host but the name of my site remains the same. Should i inform you for that and should i do something special. I dont want to have problems with my license. You need to register the theme in order to install premium plugins and demo-content and receive theme updates. Otherwise everything works as usual.
Therefore we recommend update everything you need on old website; deregister it; and register your new website.

However I have downloaded the theme and installed it on my Godaddy hosting and installed the required plugins to import Construction demo and unfortunately I have issue with the plugin “ConvertPlug” as when install it all the website go down and receive this error, “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[’ in /home/content/41/11990141/html/logisticinternational.com/wp-content/plugins/convertplug/framework/functions/component_social_media.php on line 902”

Yes it’s possible. You just import all the demos you need and then edit the menu in the Appearance > Menus interface.
Awesome guys, thank you. One issue: when I import the child themes, for some reason the images (social media thumbnails for example) are not imported. Do you know how I can solve that issue? Thank you.

Nope. Most images on demos are copyrighted therefore we do not distribute them. This mentioned on theme description page.

Social media icons can be imported. You’ll find it inside the full theme package in the “Pre-mage Websites” folder.
Hi, I have a paid licenses for neo-eko-meubelwerktekening.nl and i just updated to the last version. After update i was asked to fill in the theme purchase code. I did. i also updated the staging site (staging.neo-eko-meubelwerktekening) that i use for testing updates etc. Dashboard asks again for the purchase code. When i fill in the same code is says “already in use”. What am i doing wrong? Thanks for your help

Regarding the “horizontal scroll”. There are plenty of scrollers and carousel elements available in The7. Can you please clarify your question (link to a screenshot would be a great help) so I can give more relevant answer? Thanks!

Hello, in a fairly large site I have installed version 4.2.2 and my question is if I upgrade to version 5.0.1 I run the risk of breaking the site or this latest version 5.0.1 is fully compatible with version 4.2. 2.

It is absolutely safe to update. You’ll only need to register your site using the theme purchase code. Otherwise there’s no additional setup.
P.S. It’s always a good idea to make a full site backup before the update. We recommend using “All in One WP Migration” plugin for it.
When I add items to the portfolio and then save it, when I click on the ‘view item’ it returns a ‘Page not found’ error. If I use visual composer to show the portfolio, it shows the item on the grid, but when you click on it to open the portfolio item, it also shows ‘Page not found’. How do I fix this?
