How did you put the current top border on the menu items on the medical theme? http://the7.io/medical/ . The only options in the header section are for the underline link and the background, but not for the actual item border top. I’m talking about the blue top border.

Quick question. I am using the photography template to build a site on our back end for testing. We are looking for a way, much like on the “Portfolio” page of The 7 Photography template, to sort our images and display them in the portfolio by categories. We are using the photography demo, and on the portfolio page there is currently an option to select either “Albums” or “Categories” to display. When I do this it shows the 6 categories we have created, and the 6 albums filled with images we want to show off. However, if one of those albums has 30 images in it, the only way to see the images is to click on the thumbnail of the album and a lightbox opens displaying the other images in the album. Is there a way to display all images in an album under their categories, in the portfolio section of the photography demo. Basically, we want someone to select the category “Architecture” and then all of the photos for architecture come up. We can do this by making individual photo albums for each architecture photo, but that seems like wasted work as we would have to make over 100 albums to display all the images in that category, versus simply selecting the album and all of the media added to that album appearing under the portfolio section. Right now a user chooses the architecture category, and the architecture album appears as a single thumbnail, with all of the images we want to show not appearing until the thumbnail is clicked on. Then the user has to view the image in the light box, versus as a justified grid on the main page. Is it possible to display all images in an album under the portfolio section of the photography demo, or is there a setting I am missing that actually displays the contents of the albums in the “Portfolio” part of the page.

Hi, I bought this theme and I love it! However, I updated Wordpress to v 4.7.2 and now visual composer will not load into the admin side, preventing me from doing any editing. Since VC is integrated into the “The7” theme, its not listed as a plugin in my installed plugins list, I thought I should l update the theme, but it seems as though it is the latest version. Help! Is there a fix for this?

Hi, i am having a bit of trouble with updating. I am servicing a website of a client that i did not build. currently the website is using version 4.4.9, but the lates update available is 4.2.2. also the contents of the 2 versions differs (in 4.4.9 i have a folder “royalslider”, “wpbakery”, “fonts-soc-ico” where in 4.2.2 i have none of those, but i do have: “plugins” and “template-parts”. i do wish to update to the latest version. i tried overwriting the 4.4.9 with 4.2.2 but it completely messed up the site. Any insights on this matter and if/how to update properly?

When I do a submenu, the item above doesn’t go to the page. for example, in you main example you have “blog” and the submenus “blog masory, blog grid….” the types of blog pick you to a page, but the parent “blog” doesn’t just displays the submenus. There is a way to make that the parent works too? thanks!

I’ve been having an issue with Fancy Title background image. The setting for the “position y” seems to be ignored.

The Fancy Header generates in-line CSS and while it correctly passes the header height (400px) it always generates “background-position: 50% 65px;” regardless of what I select for y position in the fancy title background image options.
