None of the pages load properly.

Outside of the box theme, UNIQUE FEATURES…, I purchased about 50 premium themes on Theme Forest and other marketplaces and let me tell you “The 7” is way above the others: the way this theme let you customize your site is unbelievable, for instance “the header/menu” they put in place these micro widgets that let you control every aspect of the header in every views (mobile, desktop, floating) and for me being able to control the header is the most important feature in a theme, beside the header the theme is flawless and every aspect of the theme options is amazing. I highly recommend this theme.

Hello. Is anyone else finding PHP application-level errors on their webserver, while using theme THE7? If so, please post here in the theme’s comments section, as ThemeForest does not permit customers to speak with each other .. which is actually counter-intuitive, from a crowd-support perspective.

There are numerous bugs being logged by THE7 theme, as found on the server in directory wwwroot as “PHP_ERRORS.LOG” and “PHP56_ERRORS.LOG”. While such logs are normal for any PHP application, the content of the logs seems to point to problematic application-level code from THE7 theme and/or its counterparts.

Here are two of many examples:

This is a Database design issue.

My server admins and I have already confirmed that this is not related to the Windows webserver but, rather, occurring at the application level. I have since opened a support ticket with the theme author.

Quick question: I’m trying to add the Cart micro widget to the top bar and it’s not showing up. Also, when I click on the pencil to edit it, there are no options, only the blue Change and Close button is viewable. All other micro widgets seem to work fine. Alternatively, our Shop is actually Offsite, so I need to link it to another website, so I”m not sure the Cart micro widget can accommodate that? So because I couldn’t get the Cart widget to work, I just used a Text Widget and made a text link but I’d like to have the cart icon next to the word “Shop” so it matches the other. Is there shortcode I can use to pull in the cart icon? Thank you!

Hi there! Downloaded v3.9.2 and noticed much larger size of whole archive. Upon inspection i see that in included Plugins folder you actually packed Convertplug twice.

There are two convertplug plugins each have same size they are just with different name.

codecanyon-14058953-popup-plugin-for-wordpress-convertplug.zip

and

codecanyon-14058953-convertplug-wordpress-popups-plugin.zip

These seems like a same plugins given their name and absolutely same size just different naming scheme.

I guess deleting one is safe yes…?
